Siden oldtiden har man ment, at Chenpi produceret i Xinhui, Guangdong, er af bedre kvalitet. Traditionelt menes den at regulere qi og styrke milten, udt\u00f8rre fugt og opl\u00f8se slim, og den bruges til at behandle symptomer som udspilet mave, overspisning, opkastning og diarr\u00e9, hoste og slim. Baseret p\u00e5 sammenligningen af topareal og relativt indhold var alderen p\u00e5 mandarinskallen h\u00f8jere i to \u00e5r end i de to andre \u00e5r, hvilket var i overensstemmelse med resultaterne af tidligere in vitro-eksperimenter. Dette beviser, at forskellene i indholdet af kemiske komponenter i \u00e6ldre mandarinskaller kan f\u00f8re til forskelle i indholdet af blodkomponenter, hvilket giver yderligere bel\u00e6g for forklaringen om, at \u00e6ldre mandarinskaller b\u00f8r lagres hvert andet \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Hovedkomponenterne i mandarinskr\u00e6l er flavonoider, som har beskyttende virkninger mod leverskader og s\u00e6nker blodlipiderne. Chuanchenpi-ekstrakt er en repr\u00e6sentativ komponent i neurobeskyttelse, som kan beskytte mod cerebral isk\u00e6mi ved at aktivere pAkt-, p-CREB-, BDNF- og Bcl-2-vejene og forbedre BBB-permeabiliteten hos rotter. Appelsinskalsekstrakt kan ud\u00f8ve antiapoptotiske virkninger p\u00e5 kardiomyocytter gennem mitokondriel JNK\/Baxpathway. Isoorange flavonoider viste signifikante antiproliferative effekter p\u00e5 fire typer kr\u00e6ftceller, HL-60, A549, HO8910 og MCF-7. Emodin har antioxidante, anti-inflammatoriske og antivirale virkninger. Baseret p\u00e5 den traditionelle effekt og moderne farmakologiske forskning i t\u00f8rret mandarinskal kan det forel\u00f8bigt udledes, at syv flavonoider, herunder naringin og ekstrakt af mandarinskal, kan v\u00e6re det potentielle farmakologiske stofgrundlag for t\u00f8rret mandarinskal. Der er dog stadig behov for test af biologisk aktivitet og farmakologisk evaluering i den senere fase, og komponenter, der kan udtrykke aktiviteter relateret til traditionel kinesisk medicins kliniske effekt, skal screenes som farmakologisk stofgrundlag.
