Den produceres i det gamle Huaiqing-pr\u00e6fektur og er en specialitet i Bo'ai County, Jiaozuo City, Henan-provinsen. Det er ogs\u00e5 en immateriel kulturarv p\u00e5 provinsniveau og et nationalt produkt med geografisk betegnelse i Kina. Den produceres hovedsageligt i byerne Qinghua, Yueshan (Shangzhuang), Baishan, Xuliang i den nordlige del af Bo'ai-amtet og Shanwangzhuang Town i Qinyang City. Den er blevet dyrket i mere end 1600 \u00e5r. For at belyse det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for Huaijiang og give et teoretisk grundlag for dets udvikling og anvendelse isolerede vores forskningsgruppe systematisk de kemiske komponenter i Huaijiang for f\u00f8rste gang og brugte 1D (1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT) og 2D (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY) kernemagnetiske resonansteknikker til at identificere forbindelsernes strukturer. I alt 12 forbindelser blev identificeret (se figur 1). Planteingef\u00e6r tilh\u00f8rer kategorien medicinske og spiselige planter, og orale toksicitetsfors\u00f8g har vist, at ingef\u00e6r er et ikke-giftigt stof. Gingerol er den vigtigste kemiske komponent i planteingef\u00e6r, som har en 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl strukturel enhed og st\u00e6rk antiinflammatorisk aktivitet. Forskning har vist, at forbindelserne 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 10-gingerol og 6-gingerol har antiinflammatorisk aktivitet og er blevet grundigt unders\u00f8gt. Derfor blev de udvalgte forbindelser isoleret og identificeret til screening af antiinflammatorisk aktivitet. Giver reference til udvikling og anvendelse af Huaijiang og forskning og udvikling af antiinflammatoriske l\u00e6gemidler.<\/p>\n<p>Ingef\u00e6rplanten indeholder hovedsageligt flygtige olier, gingeroler og diphenylheptaner. Denne unders\u00f8gelse isolerede systematisk de kemiske komponenter i Huaijiang for f\u00f8rste gang. Tolv forbindelser blev isoleret fra ethylacetatfraktionen af Huaijiang, herunder en sesquiterpenforbindelse, to carboxylsyreesterforbindelser, otte gingerolforbindelser og en anden forbindelse. Blandt dem var de otte gingerolkomponenter to gingeroler, tre gingeroler, en gingerolketon og to gingeroldioler. Bortset fra forbindelse 5 blev de resterende 11 forbindelser isoleret fra ingef\u00e6r for f\u00f8rste gang, og 4 forbindelser blev isoleret fra ingef\u00e6rplanter for f\u00f8rste gang.<\/p>\n<p>I LPS-inducerede inflammatoriske celler \u00f8ges udtrykket af nitrogenoxidsyntase (iNOS), hvilket katalyserer NO-produktion og fremmer udskillelsen af den inflammatoriske mark\u00f8rfaktor tumornekrosefaktor alfa (TNF - \u03b1). TNF - \u03b1 inducerer ekspression og frigivelse af interleukin-1 (IL-1) og interleukin-6 (IL-6), hvilket forst\u00e6rker kaskadeeffekten af inflammatorisk skade og yderligere forv\u00e6rrer den inflammatoriske reaktion. Ingef\u00e6rekstrakt kan h\u00e6mme den \u00f8gede frigivelse af NO og prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) i LPS-inducerede inflammatoriske celler ved at reducere mRNA-ekspressionen af iNOS og cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), hvilket yderligere nedregulerer ekspressionen af inflammatoriske faktorer, reducerer deres frigivelse og ud\u00f8ver antiinflammatoriske virkninger.
