Det har den virkning, at det fjerner varme, beroliger leveren og forbedrer synet, og er et af de fire dyrebare medicinske materialer i Kina. P\u00e5 grund af den s\u00e6rlige kilde og h\u00f8je pris p\u00e5 bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver er der tilf\u00e6lde p\u00e5 markedet, hvor andre dyregaldepulvere s\u00e6lges som bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver. Derudover fandt vores forskningsgruppe i den tidlige fase af markedsunders\u00f8gelsen, at p\u00e5 grund af den betydelige produktion og lave pris p\u00e5 svinegallepulver og ko-gallepulver, ligner deres udseende og egenskaber bj\u00f8rnegallepulver. Ud over at blive forfalsket som bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver blandes de ofte i bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver til salg, og sammenlignet med forfalskede produkter er detektionsvanskeligheden for forfalskede produkter h\u00f8jere. Dette f\u00e6nomen f\u00f8rer til uj\u00e6vn kvalitet af kommercielt tilg\u00e6ngeligt bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver, hvilket alvorligt p\u00e5virker klinisk effektivitet og forbrugerrettigheder. Derfor er identifikation af \u00e6gthed og forudsigelse af forfalskningsgrad af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver af stor betydning for kvalitetskontrol af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver.<br \/>\nDe almindeligt anvendte identifikationsmetoder for bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver omfatter tyndlagskromatografi, h\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi og specifik polymerasek\u00e6dereaktion (PCR), men disse metoder har problemer som langt tidsforbrug, kompleks drift og \u00f8del\u00e6ggende virkninger p\u00e5 pr\u00f8ven. Derudover kr\u00e6ver nogle metoder en stor m\u00e6ngde organiske reagenser, n\u00e5r pr\u00f8vest\u00f8rrelsen er stor. N\u00e6rinfrar\u00f8d spektroskopi har fordelene ved hurtig analysehastighed, minimal \u00f8del\u00e6ggelse af pr\u00f8ven og intet behov for forbehandling. Det er blevet brugt i vid udstr\u00e6kning til at identificere \u00e6gthed og forfalskning af traditionel kinesisk medicin. Men p\u00e5 grund af den st\u00e6rke hygroskopicitet af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver er der en tendens til, at nogle pr\u00f8ver g\u00e5r tabt, n\u00e5r de bruges til n\u00e6rinfrar\u00f8d spektroskopianalyse. Derfor har denne metode visse begr\u00e6nsninger, n\u00e5r den anvendes p\u00e5 medicinske materialer med galde. Sammenlignet med n\u00e6r-infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi har infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi ogs\u00e5 egenskaberne hurtig og f\u00f8lsom analyse og kr\u00e6ver en meget lille pr\u00f8vest\u00f8rrelse, hvilket g\u00f8r den mere velegnet til kvalitetskontrol af v\u00e6rdifulde medicinske materialer. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der kun f\u00e5 rapporter om brugen af infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi til at identificere bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver. Kun Yan et al. sammenlignede de infrar\u00f8de spektre af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver med de tre andre dyregaldepulvere, men deres stikpr\u00f8vest\u00f8rrelse er lille, og der er manglende opm\u00e6rksomhed p\u00e5 forfalskningsadf\u00e6rd og ingen visualisering af resultater kombineret med kemometri. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev der fremstillet forfalskede pr\u00f8ver med forskellige forhold mellem bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver, svinegaldepulver og kogaldepulver. Der blev indsamlet infrar\u00f8de spektre af \u00e6gte produkter, 7 typer af forfalskede produkter og 2 typer af forfalskede produkter. Baseline-korrektion, udj\u00e6vning, differentiering og andre forbehandlingsmetoder blev brugt til at optimere de opn\u00e5ede spektre. Kombineret med ortogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) og partial least squares regression (PLSR) blev muligheden for at bruge infrar\u00f8de spektre til identifikation af \u00e6gtheden af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver og forudsigelse af forfalskningsforhold unders\u00f8gt, hvilket giver en reference til kvalitetskontrol af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver og andre v\u00e6rdifulde medicinske materialer.<\/p>\n<p>Denne unders\u00f8gelse brugte for f\u00f8rste gang infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi kombineret med kemometri til at etablere OPLS-DA-kvalitative modeller for \u00e6gte bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver, forskellige kategorier af forfalskede produkter og forfalskede produkter samt PLSR-kvantitative modeller for to typer forfalskede bj\u00f8rnegaldepulverforfalskningsforhold. Gennem forskellige spektrale forbehandlingsmetoder oversteg de etablerede identifikationsmodeller for \u00e6gte, forfalsket og forfalsket bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver samt identifikationsn\u00f8jagtigheden af modellen for forfalsket produktkategori og modellen for forfalsket produktkategori for kalibreringss\u00e6ttet og valideringss\u00e6ttet 95%; Derudover er R2c og R2v for den kvantitative model for andelen af forfalsket bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver i to typer begge st\u00f8rre end 0,95. Ovenst\u00e5ende resultater indikerer, at infrar\u00f8d spektroskopiteknologi hurtigt kan p\u00e5vise kvaliteten af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver, og at resultaterne har god n\u00f8jagtighed.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenlignet med de nuv\u00e6rende konventionelle analysemetoder for l\u00e6gemidler af dyregalde sikrer infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi ikke kun n\u00f8jagtigheden af resultaterne, men sparer ogs\u00e5 tid og omkostninger og opn\u00e5r kvalitetskontrol af v\u00e6rdifulde l\u00e6gemidler p\u00e5 en n\u00e6sten ikke-destruktiv m\u00e5de. Baseret p\u00e5 den nuv\u00e6rende pr\u00f8veindsamling og kvantitative model for bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver, som vores forskningsgruppe har etableret, har infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi vist fremragende detektionsevne. Spektralmodellen er dog baseret p\u00e5 et stort antal pr\u00f8ver og kr\u00e6ver l\u00f8bende supplering af pr\u00f8ver for at forbedre modellens n\u00f8jagtighed og stabilitet. Derfor vil vi i fremtiden yderligere \u00f8ge typerne og antallet af pr\u00f8ver for mere pr\u00e6cist at kunne evaluere kvaliteten af bj\u00f8rnegaldepulver.<\/p>\n<p>Med udviklingen af kemometri har infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi brede anvendelsesmuligheder inden for kvalitetskontrol af medicinske materialer.
