De har et stort potentiale i udforskningen af antibakterielle forbindelser. Schinke et al. fandt ud af, at 69% af de antibakterielle forbindelser, der stammer fra marine bakterier mellem 2010 og 2015, stammede fra marine actinomyceter. P\u00e5 grund af havmilj\u00f8ets unikke natur adskiller marine actinomyceter sig fra terrestriske actinomyceter i fysiologiske, biokemiske og genetiske baggrundskarakteristika, hvilket g\u00f8r det meget lovende at s\u00f8ge efter aktive molekyler fra marine actinomyceter.<\/p>\n<p>I de senere \u00e5r har vores forskerteam fundet nogle aktive molekyler med ny struktur fra symbiotiske og epifytiske actinomyceter fra marine organismer i Det Sydkinesiske Hav. For nylig isolerede og screenede vi en marin streptomyces sp. rssa1-stamme med antibakteriel aktivitet fra koralpr\u00f8ver indsamlet fra Xisha-\u00f8erne, Hainan, Kina, men dens antibakterielle stoffer er ikke klare. For at udforske de aktive ingredienser, der produceres af denne stamme, brugte denne artikel f\u00f8rst et fast ris-kulturmedium til fast fermentering, unders\u00f8gte systematisk den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af dens fermenteringsprodukter og screenede dens aktivitet.<\/p>\n<p>Aktinobakterier er en klasse af v\u00e6rdifulde medicinske mikroorganismer, og n\u00e6sten to tredjedele af de naturlige antibiotika, der hidtil er blevet opdaget, stammer fra aktinomyceter, is\u00e6r Streptomyces. Denne artikel isolerede og identificerede 10 forbindelser fra metabolitterne fra Streptomyces sp. rssa1, der stammer fra koraller. Forbindelse 4 er en diketopiperazinforbindelse, som er en type diketopiperazin. Li et al. rapporterede, at forbindelsen har nematodedr\u00e6bende aktivitet med en 48 timers d\u00f8delighed p\u00e5 40% mod nematoden (Panagrellus redivivus). Denne artikel er den f\u00f8rste, der opdager forbindelse 4 med nematodedr\u00e6bende aktivitet fra marine Streptomyces, hvilket indikerer, at bakterien kan have v\u00e6rdi i forebyggelsen og bek\u00e6mpelsen af sygdomme med rodknoldnematoder i afgr\u00f8der. Det blev ogs\u00e5 konstateret, at forbindelsen har en svag h\u00e6mmende aktivitet mod Vibrio alginolyticus, hvilket giver ledetr\u00e5de til udvikling af l\u00e6gemidler til forebyggelse og bek\u00e6mpelse af Vibrio-sygdomme i vand. Forbindelserne 5-10 er almindelige indol- eller benzenholdige simple forbindelser. Blandt dem har forbindelse 7, der f\u00f8rst blev opdaget af Jin et al. fra planten Salsola, en st\u00e6rk \u03b1-amylaseh\u00e6mmende aktivitet med en h\u00e6mningshastighed p\u00e5 44% ved en koncentration p\u00e5 0,556 mg\/ml.<\/p>\n<p>Polyenmakrolider er en klasse af meget effektive og bredspektrede svampeantibiotika, s\u00e5som natamycin, der kan h\u00e6mme skimmel og g\u00e6r, og som bruges som naturlige f\u00f8devarekonserveringsmidler og antibakterielle tils\u00e6tningsstoffer p\u00e5 grund af deres gode fysisk-kemiske stabilitet. Forbindelserne 1 og 2, der blev isoleret i denne unders\u00f8gelse, blev identificeret som henholdsvis tetracyklin A og B. Begge forbindelser har et lactonringskelet best\u00e5ende af 25 kulstofatomer med 4 konjugerede dobbeltbindinger og flere hydroxylgrupper p\u00e5 ringen. Den 15. hydroxylgruppe er forbundet med et aminosukker gennem en glykosidisk binding. De nuv\u00e6rende tetracyklinproducerende bakterier er alle Streptomyces actinomycetes, som f\u00f8rst blev opdaget af Dornberger et al. fra Streptomyces noursei, og de har en st\u00e6rk h\u00e6mmende effekt p\u00e5 patogene svampe i landbruget som f.eks. lucerne-rodr\u00e5dden svamp og risspr\u00e6ngningssvamp. Men p\u00e5 grund af den ustabile kemiske struktur af tetracyklin A og B under sollys er de f\u00f8lsomme over for ultraviolet str\u00e5ling, hvilket begr\u00e6nser deres direkte anvendelse i landbrugsproduktionen. Zhang et al. fandt, at tetracyklin A og B har gode bakteriedr\u00e6bende effekter p\u00e5 Aspergillus flavus ved lavere koncentrationer, hvor de laveste bakteriedr\u00e6bende koncentrationer var henholdsvis 3,13 og 12,56 \u03bc g\/mL. P\u00e5 grund af deres lave toksicitet og ingen bivirkninger p\u00e5 pattedyr har polyenmakrolider potentiale til at blive svampedr\u00e6bende midler til f\u00f8devarer og foder. I denne artikel opdages for f\u00f8rste gang tetracyclin A og tetracyclin B, som er meget effektive svampemidler, fra Streptomyces-stammen rssa1, der stammer fra koraller i det sydkinesiske hav. Da mange unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at de har gode anvendelsesmuligheder inden for medicin og bek\u00e6mpelse af landbrugssygdomme, kan denne bakterie v\u00e6re en vigtig stammeressource til udvikling af effektive l\u00e6gemidler med lav toksicitet og gr\u00f8nne biokontrolmidler.
