Ber\u00f8mte sorter omfatter Shandong Pingyin Rose, Gansu Kushui Rose, Beijing Miaofengshan Rose osv. Blandt dem er Rosa sertata \u00d7 Rosa rugosa en naturlig hybrid af kinesisk rose og Rosa obtusifolia, som har virkningerne af at hj\u00e6lpe s\u00f8vn, antiangst osv., og rosenolien ekstraheret fra kronbladene kan ogs\u00e5 bruges som et vigtigt r\u00e5materiale til avanceret essens, parfume, parfume og kosmetik, som er t\u00e6t forbundet med dens kemiske sammens\u00e6tning. Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at der er over hundrede kemiske komponenter i roser, hovedsageligt inklusive flygtige olier, flavonoider, polyphenoler, polysaccharider og andre forbindelser. Den flygtige olie er den vigtigste klasse af forbindelser i \u00e6terisk olie fra roser og indeholder hovedsageligt kemiske komponenter som citronellol og geraniol. Polyfenoler og flavonoider er de vigtigste aktive ingredienser i roser, som har til form\u00e5l at fjerne frie radikaler og pigmentaflejringer og er vigtige antioxidanter.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der mange unders\u00f8gelser af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af flygtige olier i \u00e6terisk rosenolie, men analysen af flavonoider, polyfenoler og andre forbindelser i roser er endnu ikke afsluttet, og der er f\u00e5 rapporter om den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af bittert vandrosenvarianter. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev UPLC-Q-TOF-MS-teknikken (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry) med h\u00f8j f\u00f8lsomhed, selektivitet, stabilitet, opl\u00f8sning og bredt scanningsomr\u00e5de derfor brugt til at analysere og identificere 63 kemiske hovedkomponenter fra ethanolekstraktet af Rosa rugosa. Sammenlignet med tidligere unders\u00f8gelser forbedrede denne unders\u00f8gelse yderligere identifikationen af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af flavonoider og polyfenoler i bitre vandroser, og for f\u00f8rste gang blev 28 forbindelser identificeret i denne sl\u00e6gt, hvilket giver reference og teoretisk grundlag for kvalitetskontrol og farmakologisk substansforskning af bitre vandroser.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Denne unders\u00f8gelse bruger UPLC-Q-TOF-MS-teknologi, som har karakter af h\u00f8j f\u00f8lsomhed, h\u00f8j n\u00f8jagtighed og h\u00f8j opl\u00f8sning, og som mere omfattende og hurtigt kan identificere de kemiske komponenter i bittert vand fra roser. Vores forskningsgruppe unders\u00f8gte massespektrometri-toppene og ionresponserne af rosenvandsekstrakt og alkoholekstrakt under negativ iontilstand f\u00f8r unders\u00f8gelsen. Baseret p\u00e5 peak-analysen blev det konstateret, at alkoholekstraktet af rosenvand havde god adskillelse og h\u00f8j respons i (-) ESI-MS-massespektrometri-ionkromatogrammet. Derfor blev UPLC-Q-TOF-MS brugt til systematisk at analysere de kemiske komponenter i alkoholekstraktet af rosenvand, hvilket yderligere forbedrede identifikationen af de kemiske komponenter i rosenvand.<br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse identificerede 26 flavonoider, 11 polyfenoler (herunder 4 fenoliske syrer og 7 tanniner), 7 triterpenoider, 4 phenylpropanoider, 1 cyclohexenetherterpen, 1 flygtig olie og 8 organiske syreforbindelser fra alkoholekstraktet af bitter vandrose. Blandt dem er fenoliske syrer, tanniner og flavonoider de vigtigste aktive ingredienser. Resultaterne viser, at de identificerede flavonoider hovedsageligt best\u00e5r af forbindelser med quercetin og kaempferol som aglyconer, hvilket svarer til de tidligere identifikationsresultater. De fire identificerede fenolsyreforbindelser tilh\u00f8rer alle gallussyreklassen og virker udt\u00f8rrende p\u00e5 fugt, er snerpende, fjerner varme og reducerer inflammation, k\u00f8ler blod og stopper bl\u00f8dninger. Tanninforbindelserne, bortset fra forbindelserne 16 og 17, er ogs\u00e5 gallussyretanniner, som har farmakologiske aktiviteter s\u00e5som antitumor- og antioxidanteffekter sammen med flavonoider. Desuden har polyfenoliske forbindelser h\u00f8je responsv\u00e6rdier i massespektrometri, hvilket endnu en gang beviser, at bitre vandroser har fremragende antioxidant- og antitumoreffekter. If\u00f8lge litteraturen indeholder roser ogs\u00e5 pigmentforbindelser som cyanidin-3,5-diglucosid, delphinidin-3-glucosid osv. Dette blev dog ikke identificeret i resultaterne af denne unders\u00f8gelse, hvilket kan v\u00e6re relateret til behandlingen eller v\u00e6skekvalitetsforholdene for bittertvandsroser og kr\u00e6ver yderligere forskning. Og det blev ogs\u00e5 konstateret fra TIC-diagrammet over den negative iontilstand i den bitre vandrose, at nogle forbindelser med h\u00f8je responstoppe ikke kunne identificeres n\u00f8jagtigt p\u00e5 grund af de urimelige strukturelle formler, der blev matchet af onlinedatabasen, s\u00e5som toppene 10, 14, 21, 24 og 43, hvilket indikerer, at der stadig er nogle ukendte forbindelser i den bitre vandrose, som kan v\u00e6re de vigtigste komponenter i den bitre vandrose og har brug for yderligere forskning og analyse.<br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse etablerede en hurtig analysemetode ved hj\u00e6lp af UPLC-Q-TOF-MS-teknologi til bitre vandroser.
