Vilde roser er udbredt i tempererede omr\u00e5der i \u00d8stasien og stammer fra det nordlige Kina, Korea, Japan, Kamchatka-halv\u00f8en og det subarktiske omr\u00e5de ved Okhotsk Hav. Roser er t\u00f8rrede rosenknopper med en s\u00f8d og let bitter smag, en varm natur og den funktion at berolige leveren og regulere qi samt regulere blodgennemstr\u00f8mningen og meridianerne. Evalueringseksperimentet med DPPH-radikaler viste, at det nye suona-ekstrakt har en st\u00e6rk antioxidantaktivitet med en halv maksimal rensningshastighed IC50 p\u00e5 8,1 \u03bc g\/mL for DPPH-radikaler.<\/p>\n<p>Roser er rige p\u00e5 en stor m\u00e6ngde hydrolyserbare tanniner, der hovedsageligt indeholder forbindelser som Neosuona I, Neosuona II, Rosarin A, Rosarin B, Rosarin D, Ephedra Tanning Pavilion, Ephedra Epiphyllum, Isoephedrine osv. Blandt dem har Neosuona Epiphyllum I det h\u00f8jeste indhold. Disse hydrolyserbare tanniner hydrolyseres til sm\u00e5molekyl\u00e6re fenolsyreforbindelser og sukkerarter eller polyoler under p\u00e5virkning af syrer, baser og enzymer. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev indholdet af new suona extract I bestemt i 11 roser af forskellig oprindelse. Resultaterne viste, at alle roser indeholdt nyt suona-ekstrakt I med et indhold p\u00e5 0,8% til 7,4%. Derfor kan man se, at new suona extract I er en af hovedkomponenterne med et relativt h\u00f8jt indhold af hydrolyserbare forbindelser i roser. In vitro-aktivitetseksperimenter viste, at rosenekstrakter fra forskellige regioner udviste h\u00e6mmende aktivitet mod \u03b1-glucosidase og rensende aktivitet mod frie DPPH-radikaler. Bortset fra Hetian-rosen fra Xinjiang viste roser fra de andre 10 regioner h\u00f8jere h\u00e6mmende aktivitet mod \u03b1-glucosidase end det positive l\u00e6gemiddel acarbose, hvilket indikerer tilstedev\u00e6relsen af kemiske komponenter med \u03b1-glucosidaseh\u00e6mmende funktion i rosenmedicinske materialer, som kan tjene som effektive ingredienser til udvikling af nye funktioner i roser. Denne unders\u00f8gelse viser, at det nye suona-ekstrakt I er en af de komponenter i roser, der h\u00e6mmer alfa-glucosidaseaktivitet og antioxidantaktivitet.
