I de senere \u00e5r er de ogs\u00e5 blevet et varmt emne inden for forskning i naturmedicinsk kemi. Insektsymbiotiske svampe er svampe, som har tilbragt hele eller en del af deres livscyklus i v\u00e6rtsinsektet uden at for\u00e5rsage v\u00e6sentlige infektionssymptomer hos v\u00e6rten. De kan nedbryde organiske komponenter for at give v\u00e6rten n\u00e6ringsstoffer, hj\u00e6lpe v\u00e6rten med at modst\u00e5 fremmede mikrobielle invasioner og udl\u00f8se v\u00e6rtens immunrespons. I den langsigtede evolutionsproces har svampe udviklet en r\u00e6kke metoder til at tilpasse sig tarmmilj\u00f8et og danne stabile symbiotiske forhold med deres v\u00e6rter. De har visse s\u00e6regenheder i v\u00e6rtsvalg og kolonisering.<br \/>\nJiuxiang Bug, almindeligvis kendt som \"Stinky Butt Bug\", er en type insekt i traditionel kinesisk medicin med en lang historie af medicinsk brug, der er registreret i farmakop\u00e9er. Det er ogs\u00e5 en l\u00e6kker spise i nogle omr\u00e5der. Disse antibakterielle aktive stoffer kan v\u00e6re relateret til behandlingen af gastritis med ni krydderorme. Den antibakterielle effekt af Jiuxiang-insektet tyder p\u00e5, at dets endofytiske svampe ogs\u00e5 kan producere sekund\u00e6re metabolitter med antibakteriel aktivitet. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der mangel p\u00e5 relevante rapporter om de endofytiske svampe og deres metabolitter i den niende krydderbille. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev de ni krydderbiller valgt som forskningsobjekt, en stamme af Aspergillus blev isoleret fra dens tarm, og der blev brugt et fast kulturmedium af ris til fermentering i stor skala. De sekund\u00e6re metabolitter blev isoleret, oprenset og strukturelt identificeret, og deres antibakterielle aktivitet blev testet for at opn\u00e5 metabolitter med god antibakteriel aktivitet og berige den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og den biologiske aktivitetsforskning af insektendofytter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev silikagel, MCI, gels\u00f8jlekromatografi og semiforberedende flydende metoder brugt til at adskille og rense de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter fra endofytisk Aspergillus septentrionalis. Seks forbindelser blev isoleret fra dem, herunder en ny forbindelse og fem kendte forbindelser, som alle var polyketider. I henhold til den strukturelle type kan de yderligere opdeles i pyranoner, diphenylethere og butyrolactoner. Forbindelserne 1 og 2 blev isoleret fra Aspergillus for f\u00f8rste gang. Diphenyletherforbindelse 4 udviser en vis antibakteriel aktivitet, og litteraturen rapporterer ogs\u00e5, at s\u00e5danne forbindelser har god antibakteriel aktivitet, is\u00e6r med st\u00e6rkere halogensubstitutionseffekter. Derfor er det muligt at isolere og oprense lignende forbindelser fra andre dele af bakterieekstraktet, blandt hvilke der er mange forbindelser med fremragende aktivitet, som er v\u00e6rd at udforske. Litteraturen rapporterer, at quercetin (3) har gode antioxidant- og antibruningsbiologiske aktiviteter, som kan unders\u00f8ges for relaterede biologiske aktiviteter. Det er blevet rapporteret, at Aspergillus-svampe syntetiserer forskellige typer bioaktive stoffer, men deres sekund\u00e6re metabolitter er ikke-essentielle stoffer med relativt lavt udbytte.
