Coptis chinensis tilh\u00f8rer Ranunculaceae-familien og Coptis-sl\u00e6gten. If\u00f8lge Compendium of Materia Medica har Coptis chinensis den virkning, at den fjerner varme, t\u00f8rrer fugt, renser ild og afgifter. Der findes ca. 18 arter af Huanglian-planter, hvoraf 6 produceres i Kina, nemlig Huanglian, Sanjiaoyou Huanglian, Yunnan Huanglian, Emei Huanglian, Wuye Huanglian og Wujian Huanglian. En variant er Short sepal Huanglian, og de tre f\u00f8rste kaldes almindeligvis \"Weilian\", \"Yalian\" og \"Yunlian\". Sichuan er et af de vigtigste produktionsomr\u00e5der for Huanglian. If\u00f8lge \"Biography of Famous Doctors\" blev \"Huanglian f\u00f8dt i Wuyang og bjergene i Shu County og blev h\u00f8stet i februar og august. Baseret p\u00e5 de geografiske fordele ved Sichuan Huanglian udforsker denne unders\u00f8gelse derfor mangfoldigheden af endofytiske svampe i Sichuan Huanglian, unders\u00f8ger yderligere den antibakterielle mekanisme i deres metabolitter og giver et grundlag for anvendelsen af endofytiske svamperessourcer i Huanglian.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev 14 endofytiske svampe, herunder Paraboremia sp, blev isoleret fra jordst\u00e6ngler, st\u00e6ngler, blade og fibr\u00f8se r\u00f8dder af Coptis chinensis-planter Ilyonectria sp.\u3001Clonostachys sp.\u3001Volutella sp.\u3001Fusarium avenaceum\u3001Cylidrocladiella sp.\u3001Cercospora sp.\u3001Dendryphion nanum\u3001Phomatospora biseriata\u3001Colletotrichum sp.\u3001Didymellaceae sp.\u3002 Bortset fra de rapporterede sl\u00e6gter Ilyonectoria og Fusarium i litteraturen, er de resterende 12 endofytiske svampe ikke blevet rapporteret. Derfor beriger denne unders\u00f8gelse i h\u00f8j grad artsdiversiteten af endofytiske svampe i Coptis chinensis i Sichuan-regionen og l\u00e6gger et godt fundament for fremtidig forskning.<br \/>\nHuanglian, som er en traditionel kinesisk medicin, har gode antibakterielle og antiinflammatoriske virkninger, men der er kun lidt forskning inden for endofytiske bakterier. Denne unders\u00f8gelse screenede h\u00e6mningen af S Cop L01, en endofytisk svampestamme af Coptis chinensis dyrket af Aureus, tilh\u00f8rer Colletotrichum sp. Ved at sammenligne indenlandsk og udenlandsk litteratur konstateres det, at denne type bakterier er en almindelig endofytisk bakterie i planter, herunder Artemisia annua, Dendrobium officinale, Taxus chinensis og andre planter, som alle er blevet isoleret. Samtidig har der v\u00e6ret mange unders\u00f8gelser af den antibakterielle aktivitet af metabolitterne fra denne svamp. Metabolitterne fra Colletotrichum sp., en endofytisk svamp i Artemisia annua, har antibakterielle virkninger p\u00e5 Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans og Aspergillus niger; methanolekstraktet af Colletotrichum sp, en endofytisk svamp i Huangjing, viste antibakteriel aktivitet mod multiresistente Staphylococcus aureus med en MIC-v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 31 \u03bc g\/mL. Sammenfattende fortjener stammen Cop L01, der blev opn\u00e5et i denne unders\u00f8gelse, yderligere unders\u00f8gelser.
