Procesparametrene for ekstraktion af sort peber vil blive afklaret for at give reference til efterf\u00f8lgende produktion af relaterede formuleringer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Traditionel kinesisk medicin ud\u00f8ver farmakologiske virkninger gennem koordinering af flere komponenter, men den eksisterende litteratur om udvindingsprocessen af piperin fra peber evaluerer den for det meste baseret p\u00e5 en enkelt indikator, nemlig piperin, og resultaterne af udvindingsprocessen er vanskelige at afspejle den iboende karakter af den traditionelle kinesiske medicins komplekse multikomponentkarakter. Wang et al. designet ved hj\u00e6lp af responsoverflademetodologi og opn\u00e5ede de optimale ekstraktionsprocesparametre for piperin i hvid peber ved hj\u00e6lp af refluksekstraktionsmetode, som var et materiale til v\u00e6skeforhold p\u00e5 1:12, 3 ekstraktioner og 2,0 timer hver gang. Derudover kan udvinding af piperin fra peber ogs\u00e5 opn\u00e5s ved hj\u00e6lp af metoder som superkritisk CO2-ekstraktion, enzymassisteret superkritisk CO2-ekstraktion og enzymatisk ekstraktion. Denne unders\u00f8gelse overvejede brugen af vandfri ethanol som ekstraktionsopl\u00f8sningsmiddel og ultralydsekstraktion som ekstraktionsmetode til yderligere forskning. Selvom responsoverflademetodik og ortogonalt eksperimentelt design ofte bruges til at optimere ekstraktionsprocesser, har de ofte begr\u00e6nsninger i optimering af eksperimenter, og den valgte l\u00f8sning er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis den bedste l\u00f8sning. BP-neurale netv\u00e6rk kan udnytte neurale netv\u00e6rks selvl\u00e6ringsevne til at kompensere for manglerne i tidligere optimeringseksperimenter og give nye l\u00f8sninger til optimering af udvindingsmetoder.
