LIDF v\u00e6lges som en passende partikelst\u00f8rrelse til f\u00f8devarehj\u00e6lpestoffer med h\u00f8jt fiberindhold, hvilket giver reference til yderligere forskning i kostfibre fra lotusblade.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lotusblade er rige p\u00e5 polyfenoler og kostfibre, som opfylder de naturlige krav til kostfiberkilder af h\u00f8j kvalitet og har et godt udviklingspotentiale. LIDF-pulverets a*-v\u00e6rdi (r\u00f8d), b*-v\u00e6rdi (gul) og sensoriske score stiger, n\u00e5r partikelst\u00f8rrelsen mindskes.
