Selv om de er almindelige plantepatogener, er de ogs\u00e5 vigtige endofytter i l\u00e6geplanter. Deres aktive sekund\u00e6re metabolitter er nye og forskelligartede, hvilket g\u00f8r dem til rigelige ressourcer af medicinske aktive stoffer. I de senere \u00e5r har forskningen i de kemiske komponenter i endofytiske svampe i Nigrospora-sl\u00e6gten vist en opadg\u00e5ende tendens. De vigtigste typer af kemiske komponenter, der er opdaget fra dem, omfatter polyketoner, antrakinoner, terpener, steroider og alkaloider. Desuden har de fleste forbindelser fremragende farmakologiske virkninger s\u00e5som antibakterielle, antioxidante, cytotoksiske, antivirale og antitumoreffekter og har vist store anvendelsesmuligheder inden for plantebeskyttelse i landbruget og sygdomsbehandling af mennesker. Men der findes i \u00f8jeblikket ingen omfattende oversigtsrapport om de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter og biologiske aktiviteter i denne svampesl\u00e6gt b\u00e5de nationalt og internationalt. Derfor fokuserer denne artikel p\u00e5 de kemiske komponenter og biologiske aktiviteter i Nigrospora-svampe og giver for f\u00f8rste gang en systematisk gennemgang for at demonstrere den medicinske udviklingsv\u00e6rdi af denne svampesl\u00e6gt og give reference til yderligere forskning og udvikling af aktive stoffer i denne svampesl\u00e6gt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nigrospora-svampe, som er vidt udbredte endofytiske svampe i planter og dyr, producerer rigelige og forskelligartede sekund\u00e6re metabolitter. Denne artikel gennemg\u00e5r 199 forbindelser, herunder polyketoner, anthraquinoner, terpener, steroider og alkaloider. Blandt dem har polyketoner det h\u00f8jeste antal rapporterede forbindelser, og de fleste af dem har betydelige biologiske aktiviteter som f.eks. antibakterielle og cytotoksiske virkninger (se tabel 1). Der er dog stadig mangler i den nuv\u00e6rende forskning i Nigrospora-svampe, f.eks. en screeningsmodel med en enkelt aktivitet, begr\u00e6nset aktivitet p\u00e5 overfladeniveau og mangel p\u00e5 dybtg\u00e5ende mekanismestudier. Desuden er udforskningen af metabolitter i Nigrospora-svampe endnu ikke tilstr\u00e6kkelig, og der er behov for yderligere dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning ved at kombinere flere metoder. I den fremtidige forskning foresl\u00e5r forfatteren derfor forbedringer ud fra f\u00f8lgende aspekter: (1) Udvidelse af screeningsmodeller med flere aktiviteter for at \u00f8ge muligheden for at opdage flere nye aktive stoffer; (2) Dybdeg\u00e5ende mekanismeudforskning af forbindelser med betydelig aktivitet i f\u00e6notypescreening for at verificere muligheden for l\u00e6gemiddeludvikling; (3) V\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 svampe fra s\u00e6rlige milj\u00f8kilder. Mens svampe h\u00e5ndterer barske milj\u00f8er, kan deres metaboliske veje udvikle sig, og det er meget sandsynligt at opdage meget aktive stoffer. For eksempel viste ekstraktet af Nigrospora sp. NIOT, en svampestamme isoleret fra 800 meter dybt under vandet, s\u00e5som Arumugam, st\u00e6rk antibakteriel aktivitet mod 12 gramnegative og positive bakterier og udviste st\u00e6rk cytotoksisk aktivitet mod forskellige tumorceller; (4) Brug af metoder som svampesamkultur eller stammev\u00e6rtssamkultur samt genommineteknikker til at aktivere tavse gener og forbedre svampenes evne til at producere nye metabolitter. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er forskningen i de aktive ingredienser i Nigrospora-svampe stadig p\u00e5 et tidligt stadie.
