Nedbrydningen af skovaffald afh\u00e6nger af mangfoldigheden af svampe, og skovaffald anses ogs\u00e5 for at v\u00e6re et godt levested for svampe. Svamperessourcerne i skovaffaldet i Daxing'anling er rigelige. Zhang et al. fandt ud af, at ekstrakterne af seks svampe i Daxing'anlings skovstr\u00f8else har antibakteriel aktivitet, og fire monomere forbindelser blev opn\u00e5et fra to svampe. Qiu isolerede to monomere forbindelser med antibakteriel aktivitet fra svampe i skovstr\u00f8else i Greater Khingan Range. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev der brugt tre stammer af svampe med antibakteriel aktivitet i Greater Khingan Mountains som materiale til at isolere og identificere de vigtigste antibakterielle forbindelser, de producerede. Der blev fundet i alt otte forbindelser (se figur 1), herunder to naturprodukter med ny struktur og fem forbindelser med antibakteriel aktivitet. Denne unders\u00f8gelse l\u00e6gger grunden til yderligere udnyttelse af antibakterielle forbindelser produceret af svampe i skovstr\u00f8else.<\/p>\n<p>I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev otte forbindelser isoleret fra tre svampe i skovstr\u00f8else SGSF622, SGSF289 og SGSF062 i Greater Khingan Range, herunder to nye forbindelser, 1-methoxy-Ch53825 (1) og 3,4-dihydroxy-10-methyl-2-methylentradecyl-9-ensyre (2). Deres plane strukturer blev analyseret, men deres stereoisomerer skal unders\u00f8ges yderligere, og deres optiske rotation og andre spektrale data skal ogs\u00e5 suppleres. Stereostrukturen af forbindelserne i denne artikel blev opn\u00e5et ved at sammenligne de kernemagnetiske data i litteraturen, og deres n\u00f8jagtige absolutte konfiguration kr\u00e6ver stadig yderligere forskning. De tre svampesl\u00e6gter, der indg\u00e5r i denne unders\u00f8gelse, er alle blevet rapporteret at have naturlige produktstrukturer og biologiske aktiviteter. Berkleismum-svampe er blevet rapporteret til at have antifungale, antibakterielle og antitumor-aktiviteter. I 2009 isolerede Cai et al. en blanding af diepoxin eta og diepoxin zeta samt diepoxin kappa fra fermenteringsbouillon fra den endofytiske bakterie Berkleismum sp. Dzf12. De har en lignende struktur som forbindelse 1 i denne unders\u00f8gelse og tilh\u00f8rer klassen af spironaphthalenforbindelser. Artiklen rapporterede ogs\u00e5 om deres virkning p\u00e5 Escherichia coli, Agrobacterium tumefaciens og X. vesicatoria. Agurkebladpletpatogenet (P. lachrymans) og Bacillus subtilis har god h\u00e6mmende aktivitet. Oidiodendron-svampe er blevet isoleret fra 10 methoxydihydrofuscin, fuscinarin og fuscin. Disse forbindelser viste sig at binde effektivt til makrofaginflammatorisk protein (MIP) -1R og human CCR5, som er et vigtigt anti-HIV-1-m\u00e5l, der kan forstyrre HIV's indtr\u00e6ngen i celler. Disse forbindelser blev ikke fundet i denne unders\u00f8gelse. Qiu isolerede det naturlige produkt fra Parapyenchaeta-svampen SGSF449 og adskilte metabolitten 4,6,8-trihydroxy-7-methoxy-3-methyldihydroisocoumarin fra dets fermenteringsprodukt. Denne forbindelse blev f\u00f8rst isoleret fra Scytalidium og navngivet lignicol, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med den kemiske struktur af forbindelse 6 i denne artikel. Denne unders\u00f8gelse rapporterer for f\u00f8rste gang de spektrale data for forbindelse 1 og forbindelse 2 samt den antibakterielle aktivitet af forbindelse 2 og 3.
