KC17012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Unders\u00f8gelse af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter og antibakteriel aktivitet af Streptomyces sp. KC17012<br \/>\nStreptomyces h\u00f8rer til de grampositive bakterier, prokaryoter, Actinobacterales, Streptomyces-familien og Streptomyces-sl\u00e6gten. Streptomyces er en vigtig mikrobiel ressource, der hovedsageligt findes i \u00f8kosystemer som jord, hav og ferskvand. Den bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning inden for l\u00e6gemiddelforskning, landbrugsinsekticider, herbicider og andre omr\u00e5der. Streptomyces har en magisk kreativ evne til at producere et stort antal strukturelt nye og biologisk aktive sekund\u00e6re metabolitter, hvoraf de fleste er nitrogenholdige forbindelser. If\u00f8lge statistikkerne udg\u00f8r sekund\u00e6re metabolitter produceret af Streptomyces ca. 2\/3 af de samlede mikrobielle aktive produkter, der er opdaget indtil nu. Derfor forts\u00e6tter vores forskningsgruppe med at studere Streptomyces spp KC 17012 gennemg\u00e5r dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning med det form\u00e5l at belyse dens sekund\u00e6re metabolitter og l\u00e6gge grundlaget for dens videre udvikling.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Streptomyces har magiske kreative funktioner, og deres sekund\u00e6re metabolitter har ofte betydelige fysiologiske aktiviteter. Denne artikel isolerede fermenteringsbouillon fra Streptomyces KC17012 fra Dongchuan kobbermine og opn\u00e5ede 18 komponenter, hovedsageligt inklusive dipeptider, indolalkaloidderivater, abscisinsyreanaloger osv. Forbindelserne 1 og 10 blev testet for in vitro-antibakteriel aktivitet med MIC-v\u00e6rdier p\u00e5 henholdsvis 11 og 33 \u03bcmol\/L. De resterende forbindelser viste ingen aktivitet. Forbindelserne 1-4 er dipeptidkomponenter med h\u00f8jt indhold, mens forbindelse 3 best\u00e5r af D-type prolin og L-type tyrosin, som er sj\u00e6ldne i naturen som peptidstoffer, der involverer D-type aminosyrer. Forbindelserne 11-14 er komponenter af abscisinsyre (ABA)-analoger. ABA er et vigtigt plantehormon, der spiller en afg\u00f8rende rolle i reguleringen af plantev\u00e6kst og modstanden mod ekstreme eksterne milj\u00f8er. Produktionsomkostningerne for ABA er imidlertid h\u00f8je og vanskelige at industrialisere i stor skala, s\u00e5 udnyttelse af mikrobiel metabolisme til at producere ABA har et bredt anvendelsesomr\u00e5de.
