Kuhn var. latiusulum (Desv) Underw, en plante, der tilh\u00f8rer sl\u00e6gten Pteridium i familien Pteridiaceae, er kendt for sine sarte blade og st\u00e6ngler. Den er ogs\u00e5 kendt som knytn\u00e6ve-gr\u00f8ntsag, ruyi-gr\u00f8ntsag, drageklo-gr\u00f8ntsag osv. P\u00e5 grund af dens v\u00e6kst i bjerge, skove og vildmark er den gr\u00f8n, naturlig og forureningsfri. Derudover er den l\u00e6kker at spise og har en spr\u00f8d og forfriskende smag, som er dybt elsket af folk. Det samlede polysakkaridindhold i bregner er en af de vigtige indikatorer for evaluering af bregnernes kvalitet. De traditionelle metoder til bestemmelse af det samlede polysaccharidindhold i bregner omfatter anthron-svovlsyremetoden og phenol-svovlsyremetoden. Denne type metode kr\u00e6ver imidlertid en stor m\u00e6ngde kemiske reagenser, tager lang tid at opdage og har h\u00f8je tekniske krav til inspekt\u00f8rer. Den kan ikke l\u00e6ngere opfylde behovene for hurtig p\u00e5visning af et stort antal r\u00e5materialer i den industrielle produktionsproces af bregner. Derfor haster det med at udvikle en hurtig, gr\u00f8n og brugervenlig metode til bestemmelse af det samlede polysaccharidindhold i bregner.<br \/>\nI de senere \u00e5r er brugen af Fourier transform mid infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi (FTIR) teknologi kombineret med kemometriske metoder til at konstruere en hurtig forudsigelsesmodel for indhold af forbindelser i planter blevet anvendt i ikke-destruktiv kvantitativ analyse af relaterede komponenter. Der har dog ikke v\u00e6ret nogen rapporter om kvantitativ analyse af totale polysaccharider i bregner ved hj\u00e6lp af denne teknologi.<br \/>\nI lyset af dette brugte denne unders\u00f8gelse Fourier transform infrar\u00f8d spektroskopi analyseteknologi kombineret med kemometriske metoder til at unders\u00f8ge virkningerne af forskellige spektrale forbehandlingsmetoder og udv\u00e6lgelsen af forskellige karakteristiske b\u00e5nd p\u00e5 deres kvantitative analyse. Der blev etableret en hurtig forudsigelsesmodel for det samlede polysaccharidindhold i bregner, hvilket giver en metode til hurtig p\u00e5visning af bregners polysaccharidindhold.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dette eksperiment indsamlede Fourier-transformerede infrar\u00f8de spektre af bregnepulver og etablerede en partiel mindste kvadraters model til at forudsige det samlede polysaccharidindhold i bregner. N\u00e5r der udf\u00f8res en komplet ekstern pr\u00f8veinspektion, er forudsigelsesfejlen for det samlede polysaccharidindhold i bregner kun -0,35% til 0,31%. Denne model har en god forudsigelsesydelse. Sammenlignet med traditionelle metoder til bestemmelse af polysaccharidindhold har denne metode enkel pr\u00f8veforbehandling, hurtig og bekvem betjening, n\u00f8jagtige og p\u00e5lidelige resultater og god anvendelighed. Den kan bruges til hurtig bestemmelse af det samlede polysaccharidindhold i bregner, hvilket kan im\u00f8dekomme behovene for bregneindustrialisering og fremme dens anvendelse i praktisk produktion.
