Men analysen af meget forskellige forbindelsesstrukturer kr\u00e6ver en betydelig m\u00e6ngde tid og arbejdskraft, hvilket er en af de st\u00f8rste udfordringer ved karakterisering af naturprodukter. Derfor anvendes massespektrometrisk molekyl\u00e6r netv\u00e6rksteknologi til strukturel forskning i naturprodukter.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6skekromatografi-tandem-massespektrometri (LC-MS\/MS) er en af de mest anvendte analysemetoder inden for metabolomik, men fortolkningen af disse komplekse data er en stor udfordring inden for forskning i naturprodukter. I de senere \u00e5r har fremkomsten af nye bioinformatiske metoder som f.eks. molekyl\u00e6re netv\u00e6rk givet nye ideer og perspektiver til genkendelse af kendte forbindelser i komplekse matricer. Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking (GNPS) er en \u00e5ben database med tandem-massespektrometridata, som i \u00f8jeblikket er den eneste offentlige grundl\u00e6ggende platform, der er i stand til at implementere molekyl\u00e6re netv\u00e6rk og analysere datas\u00e6t genereret af LC-MS\/MS. Visualiseringen af molekyl\u00e6re netv\u00e6rk i GNPS repr\u00e6senterer hvert spektrum som en node, og arrangementet af spektre til spektre repr\u00e6senterer forbindelserne mellem noder. Hvert massespektrum betragtes som en vektor og sammenlignes med alle andre massespektre ved hj\u00e6lp af cosinus-lighed. N\u00e5r ligheden mellem to massespektre overskrider en t\u00e6rskel, forbindes de i det molekyl\u00e6re netv\u00e6rk. I 2012 foreslog professor Pieter for f\u00f8rste gang molekyl\u00e6r netv\u00e6rksteknologi. Massespektrometri-molekyl\u00e6rt netv\u00e6rk er en metode baseret p\u00e5 tandem-massespektrometrianalyse (MS\/MS), der er velegnet til analyse af forskellige naturprodukter. Form\u00e5let er hurtigt at identificere kendte forbindelser og bestemme forskellige ukendte naturprodukter. MN er velegnet til at studere naturprodukters in vivo-sammens\u00e6tning og metabolitter, hvilket bedre kan belyse deres farmakologiske stofgrundlag og metaboliske processer.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at bruge MN til at sammenligne karakteristiske fragmentioner og analysere deres typer og relative indholds\u00e6ndringer kan vi udlede de molekyl\u00e6re struktur\u00e6ndringer og funktionelle gruppetransformationer af naturlige produkter, som kan bruges til at udlede de biosyntetiske veje for naturlige produkter. Litteraturforskning har imidlertid vist, at der ikke er mange relevante rapporter i ind- og udland, hvilket kan v\u00e6re en ny retning for MN, der skal bruges i naturproduktforskning.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenfattende kan man sige, at MN indtil videre prim\u00e6rt er blevet anvendt til strukturel identifikation af naturprodukter. N\u00e5r det kombineres med andre teknologier, er det en effektiv og hurtig metode til strukturel forskning i naturprodukter, is\u00e6r til opdagelse af nye strukturer og aktive ingredienser.
