B-152, en endofytisk svamp fra sv\u00e6rdbladet drageblodstr\u00e6<br \/>\nEndofytter er en gruppe af mikroorganismer, der lever i sundt plantev\u00e6v, men som ikke for\u00e5rsager v\u00e6rtsinfektioner eller sygdomme. De findes i vid udstr\u00e6kning i sundt plantev\u00e6v og indeholder ikke kun rige genklynger til syntese af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter, men producerer ogs\u00e5 forskellige aktive ingredienser. De kan forbedre planters stressresistens s\u00e5som salttolerance, t\u00f8rketolerance, kuldetolerance og insektresistens. P\u00e5 grund af de endofytiske svampes forskellige biologiske aktiviteter betragtes Colletotrichum som en potentiel l\u00e6gemiddelkandidat. Sl\u00e6gten Colletotrichum indeholder mange endofytiske plantesvampe, og p\u00e5 grund af sin rige biosyntetiske genklynge er Colletotrichum blevet en vigtig kilde til forskellige metabolitter, s\u00e5som cykliske phosphopeptider, anthraquinon, isophthalsyrelaktoner og pyranon. De forskellige ekstrakter og sekund\u00e6re metabolitter fra Colletotrichum er blevet rapporteret til at have antibakteriel aktivitet.<br \/>\nForskerteamet fandt i den tidlige fase ud af, at den endofytiske svamp Colletotrichum sp. B-152 isoleret fra bladv\u00e6vet af Dracaena Vand. ex L. og Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen i Liliaceae-familien har bredspektret antibakteriel aktivitet. Derfor blev de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter isoleret og oprenset, og 18 patogene indikatorbakterier blev udvalgt som m\u00e5l for test af antibakteriel aktivitet af de opn\u00e5ede monomere forbindelser for at opdage forbindelser med potentiel antibakteriel aktivitet. Dette giver ikke kun en reference til at opdage nye naturlige aktive forbindelser, men har ogs\u00e5 vigtig betydning for at berige de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter og den funktionelle mangfoldighed i Colletotrichum-sl\u00e6gten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vi isolerede i alt 9 forbindelser fra de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i den endofytiske svamp Colletotrichum sp. B-152, som blev isoleret og konserveret fra sv\u00e6rdbladet drageblodstr\u00e6. Forbindelserne 2-4, 6, 7 og 9 blev isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang fra en svamp af sl\u00e6gten Colletotrichum. 2-Hydroxy-4-methyl-1-phenyl-3-pentanon (1) blev f\u00f8rst rapporteret som et naturprodukt. Fra resultaterne af antibakteriel aktivitet har forbindelser 5, 7 og 8 samme struktur som forbindelser i samme serie, men udviser forskellige aktiviteter, og deres struktur-aktivitetsforhold kr\u00e6ver yderligere forskning og verifikation; Forbindelse 2 har st\u00e6rkere antibakteriel aktivitet mod Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC 19606 end forbindelse 1, hvilket kan v\u00e6re relateret til de forskellige substituenter i position 3 i de to forbindelsers strukturer. Derudover har tidligere unders\u00f8gelser vist, at adenosin (4) har in vitro-aktivitet mod influenzavirus (H1N1); (22E, 24R) - ergosta-7, 22-dien-3 \u03b2, 5 \u03b1, 6 \u03b2 - triol (5) udviser st\u00e6rk h\u00e6mmende aktivitet mod mavekr\u00e6ftceller SGC-7901; Den h\u00e6mmende aktivitet af (4E, 8E) - N-D-2 '- hydroxypalmitoyl-1-O - \u03b2 - D-glycocopyr-anosyl-9-methyl-4,8-sphingadienin (6) mod herpes simplex-virus (HSV-1) er 20 gange s\u00e5 stor som for det positive l\u00e6gemiddel ribavirin, og den h\u00e6mmende aktivitet mod enterovirus 71 (EV71) er 5 gange s\u00e5 stor som for det positive l\u00e6gemiddel ribavirin; Tuberosider (7) har st\u00e6rk h\u00e6mmende aktivitet p\u00e5 spredning af human brystkr\u00e6ftcelle MCF-7 og hundenyrecelle MDCK; (22E, 24R) -5 \u03b1, 8 \u03b1 - epidioxygeergosta-6,22-dien-3 \u03b2 - ol (8) har en vis h\u00e6mmende virkning p\u00e5 musens lungeadenokarcinomcellelinje A-549. Disse unders\u00f8gelser viser, at forbindelser isoleret fra Colletotrichum-svampen har gode antibakterielle, antivirale og antitumor-aktiviteter, hvilket giver nye beviser for opdagelsen af nye antibakterielle l\u00e6gemidler og aktive naturprodukter.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Study on Secondary Metabolites of Colletotrichum sp.
