De t\u00f8rrede blade af Gougu, en traditionel kinesisk medicin, har v\u00e6ret inkluderet i mange urtemonografier siden Tang-dynastiet og har en medicinsk historie p\u00e5 over tusind \u00e5r. Gennem tyndlagskromatografi-lipaseh\u00e6mmende bioluminescensunders\u00f8gelse blev 10 pletter med lipaseh\u00e6mmende aktivitet i Ligustrum lucidum-blade screenet, og derefter blev TLC EFISI MSn-teknologien brugt til hurtig strukturel analyse af ovenst\u00e5ende pletter.
