Den blev f\u00f8rste gang rapporteret af professor Zhang Hongda fra Sun Yat sen University i 1990, og typeeksemplaret blev indsamlet fra Enshi i Hubei-provinsen. If\u00f8lge Volume 49, Volume 3 of the Flora of China er der ca. 36 sl\u00e6gter og 700 plantearter i Theaceae-familien. Derfor kan den h\u00e6mmende effekt af UT-B \u00f8ge urinproduktionen uden at for\u00e5rsage kaliumtab eller p\u00e5virke v\u00e6ske-elektrolytbalancen. Denne unders\u00f8gelse screenede UT-B-h\u00e6mmere gennem en model for lysis af r\u00f8de blodlegemer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7924\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-336.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"273\" \/><br \/>\nSom et nyt medlem af Camellia-sl\u00e6gten har den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Changguan Camellia tidligere v\u00e6ret uoplyst. For yderligere at udforske de grundl\u00e6ggende medicinske stoffer i Camellia sinensis unders\u00f8gte denne unders\u00f8gelse dens kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og opn\u00e5ede 15 monomere forbindelser, herunder 9 flavonoider, 3 fenoliske syrer, 2 kromogener og deres derivater samt 1 kumarinforbindelse. Deres kemiske strukturer blev belyst ved hj\u00e6lp af teknikker som massespektrometri og kernemagnetisk resonansspektroskopi. Alle 15 forbindelser blev isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang fra Camellia sinensis-planter, og forbindelserne 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 og 11 blev isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang fra Camellia-sl\u00e6gten. Ud fra typerne af isolerede forbindelser kan man se, at de vigtigste forbindelser i Camellia sinensis er flavonoider og fenolsyrer, som stort set er i overensstemmelse med typerne af forbindelser i Camellia-sl\u00e6gten. Forbindelsernes UT-B-h\u00e6mmende aktivitet blev screenet, og resultaterne viste, at gallussyre (14) og myricetin (15) havde betydelig vanddrivende aktivitet. Derfor b\u00f8r der i det efterf\u00f8lgende arbejde udf\u00f8res dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning i virkningsmekanismen for s\u00e5danne forbindelser.
