Den kan forurene forskellige landbrugsprodukter og f\u00f8devarer og for\u00e5rsage hudsygdomme hos dyr. I de senere \u00e5r har et stort antal unders\u00f8gelser vist, at Aspergillus niger producerer rigeligt med sekund\u00e6re metabolitter med forskellige kemiske strukturer, hvilket g\u00f8r den til en naturlig kemisk ressourcepool. If\u00f8lge PubMed-s\u00f8gningen er der sket betydelige fremskridt i unders\u00f8gelsen af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter og deres biologiske aktiviteter i Aspergillus niger fra 2017 til juli 2022. I alt 325 forbindelser blev isoleret fra 37 bakteriestammer, hvoraf 111 var nye naturprodukter (se figur 11), herunder cykliske peptider, alkaloider, terpener, polyketoner og andre strukturelle typer med antibakterielle, antioxiderende, antitumorale, antivirale og andre aktiviteter. Disse unders\u00f8gelser indikerer, at de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i Aspergillus niger fra forskellige habitatkilder er markant forskellige. Forskellige habitatkilder til Aspergillus vil aktivere forskellige biosyntetiske veje p\u00e5 grund af forskelle i deres levemilj\u00f8er, hvilket for\u00e5rsager \u00e6ndringer i deres metaboliske mekanismer og veje, hvilket resulterer i mere habitatspecifikke og strukturelt forskellige sekund\u00e6re metabolitter. Mikrobielle sekund\u00e6re metabolitter er vigtige ressourcer for opdagelsen af nye l\u00e6gemidler som antibiotika, enzymh\u00e6mmere, antitumorl\u00e6gemidler og antivirale l\u00e6gemidler. Men p\u00e5 grund af vanskelighederne med at dyrke mikroorganismer kunstigt i naturen er over 90% mikroorganismer endnu ikke blevet isoleret, hvilket g\u00f8r det stadig vanskeligere at udvikle nye typer naturligt aktive mikrobielle stoffer ved hj\u00e6lp af mikroorganismer. Sammenfatningen af denne artikel viser, at den samme bakteriestamme ogs\u00e5 kan producere forskellige sekund\u00e6re metabolitter fra forskellige habitater, hvilket har stor referencev\u00e6rdi for studiet af mikrobielle naturprodukter. Desuden har molekyl\u00e6rbiologisk forskning vist, at mange sekund\u00e6re metaboliske genklynger i mikroorganismer er d\u00e6mpede og ikke udtrykkes. Hvordan man aktiverer disse tavse genklynger for at udnytte begr\u00e6nsede mikrobielle ressourcer fuldt ud, er ogs\u00e5 et vigtigt videnskabeligt sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Mangfoldigheden af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter fra Aspergillus niger fra forskellige habitatkilder giver os gode forskningsmaterialer.
