I henhold til pigmenternes egenskaber er det blevet en konsensus at bruge forskellige farvebeskyttelsesadditiver for at forbedre pigmenternes stabilitet.<\/p>\n<p>I denne artikel unders\u00f8ger vi, baseret p\u00e5 praktisk erfaring, farvebeskyttelseseffekten af almindelige farvebeskyttelsesadditiver p\u00e5 disse pigmenter med henblik p\u00e5 at forbedre stabiliteten af disse pigmenter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Farvebeskyttelsestesten for hvert pigment blev udf\u00f8rt under henholdsvis neutrale og sure forhold.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Test af neutral tilstand: formlen<\/strong> for pigmentet 1\/100.000, farvebeskyttelsesadditiver 1\/100.000, saccharose 5% og en lille m\u00e6ngde s\u00f8demidler (AK-sukker, s\u00f8demidler) og smagsstoffer og s\u00e5 videre. Efter blanding blev det lagt i farvel\u00f8se gennemsigtige glasflasker, d\u00e6kket og holdt ved 121\u00b0C i 20 minutter, steriliseret.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Test af sur tilstand: Formlen<\/strong> var 1\/100000 farve, 1\/100000 farvebeskyttelsesadditiv, 5% saccharose, 0,2% citronsyre og en lille m\u00e6ngde s\u00f8demiddel (AK-sukker, s\u00f8demiddel) og smag. Efter blanding blev det pakket i farvel\u00f8se og gennemsigtige glasflasker, tild\u00e6kket og opbevaret ved 100 \u00b0C i 30 minutter og steriliseret.<\/p>\n<p>Grupperne blev steriliseret og afk\u00f8let og derefter t\u00f8rret i solen for at registrere <strong>falmningstiden og farveskiftet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effekt af enkelte farvebeskyttelsesadditiver p\u00e5 pigmentstabilitet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Farvebeskyttelsestestene af farvebeskyttelsesadditiver som natriumcitrat, natriumtripolyfosfat, natriumpyrofosfat, natriumhexametafosfat, EDTA-2Na, fytinsyre, natriumisoascorbat, calciumlaktat p\u00e5 pigmenter som karmin, amarantiner\u00f8d, fristelsesr\u00f8d, citrongul, solnedgangsgul, lysebl\u00e5, \u03b2-caroten og s\u00e5 videre blev udf\u00f8rt, og resultaterne er vist i tabel 1.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7663\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-325.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"382\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Som det fremg\u00e5r af tabel 1, er farvebeskytterne <strong>fytinsyre, fosfater og natriumcitrat<\/strong> har en mere udtalt farvebeskyttende effekt p\u00e5 forskellige pigmenter. Dette kan skyldes, at disse stoffer har den rolle at kompleksere metalioner og derved reducere metalionernes negative indvirkning p\u00e5 pigmenternes stabilitet;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calciumlaktat<\/strong> havde ikke en tydelig farvebeskyttende effekt p\u00e5 forskellige pigmenter, men der blev ikke set nogen bivirkninger;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EDTA-2Na<\/strong> har en betydelig farvebeskyttende effekt p\u00e5 de fleste pigmenter, men har en negativ effekt p\u00e5 solnedgangsgul, hvilket der ikke er nogen klar \u00e5rsag til;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Natrium-isoascorbat<\/strong> har en negativ effekt p\u00e5 alle de andre pigmenter med undtagelse af \u03b2-caroten og Brilliant Blue, som har en vis farvebeskyttende effekt. Dette kan skyldes, at natriumisoascorbat har en antioxidantvirkning, dvs. en reducerende virkning, og at disse pigmenter er modtagelige for farvefading p\u00e5 grund af den reducerende virkning. Dette og den generelle s\u00e5kaldte natriumisoascorbatfarvebeskyttelse er der en vis selvmodsigelse, som jeg h\u00e5ber at g\u00f8re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Test af blanding af farvebeskyttelsesmiddel til pigmenter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 grundlag af en enkelt farvebeskyttelsesadditiv farvebeskyttelsestest, karminr\u00f8d, amarantr\u00f8d, fristelsesr\u00f8d, solnedgangsgul og \u03b2-caroten og andre mindre stabile pigmenter til farvebeskyttelsesmiddelblandingstest. V\u00e6lg farvebeskyttelseseffekten af hvert pigment er bedre end de fire slags farvebeskyttelsesadditiver, hver tager tre additivm\u00e6ngder (0\/10000, 1\/10000, 2\/10000), i henhold til det ortogonale design, pigmentstabiliseringstiden som en indikator for den foretrukne test.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1 Karmin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fire slags farvebeskyttere som fytinsyre, EDTA-2Na, natriumhexametaphosphat og natriumtripolyphosphat blev udvalgt til blandingspr\u00e6ferencetesten, og resultaterne er vist i tabel 2.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 2 viser, at kombinationen af de bedste farvebeskyttelsesadditiver til cocheniller\u00f8d er 2\/10000 af fytinsyre, 2\/10000 af natriumtripolyphosphat, 1\/10000 af EDTA-2Na og 1\/10000 af natriumhexametaphosphat. Denne kombination af komplekse farvebeskyttelsesadditiver bruges til at teste farvestabiliteten af cochinealpigment, dets farvestabilitet kan n\u00e5 10d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2 Amaranthine r\u00f8d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6lg fytinsyre, EDTA-2Na, natriumpyrofosfat og natriumtripolyfosfat og andre fire slags farvebeskyttelsesadditiver til blandingspr\u00e6ferencetesten, og resultaterne er vist i tabel 3.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 3 viser, at den bedste amarantr\u00f8de sammensatte farvebeskyttelsesadditivkombination af EDTA-2Na2\/10000, natriumpyrofosfat 1\/10000, natriumtripolyfosfat 2\/10000 og fytinsyre 2\/10000. Denne kombination af sammensatte farvebeskyttelsesadditiver blev brugt til at teste farvestabiliteten af amarantr\u00f8dt pigment, og dens farvestabilitet kunne n\u00e5 14 dage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3 Forf\u00f8rende r\u00f8d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6lg natriumpyrofosfat, EDTA-2Na, natriumhexametafosfat og natriumtripolyfosfat og andre fire slags farvebeskyttelsesmidler til blanding af pr\u00e6ferencetest, resultaterne er vist i tabel 4.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 4 viser, at kombinationen af de bedste sammensatte farvebeskyttelsesadditiver til fristelsesr\u00f8d er natriumtripolyphosphat 2\/10000, hexametaphosphorsyre 2\/10000, EDTA-2Na 2\/10000 og natriumpyrophosphat 2\/10000. Denne kombination af sammensatte farvebeskyttelsesadditiver bruges til at teste farvestabiliteten af forf\u00f8rende r\u00f8dt pigment, dets farvestabilitet kan n\u00e5 19d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.4 Solnedgangsgul<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6lg natriumpyrofosfat, fytinsyre, natriumhexametafosfat og natriumtripolyfosfat og andre fire slags farvebeskyttelsesadditiver til optimeringstest af blanding, resultaterne er vist i tabel 5.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 5 viser, at de bedste farvebeskyttelsesadditiver til solnedgangsgul blandingskombination af fytinsyre 1\/10.000, natriumpyrophosphat 2\/10.000, natriumcitrat 2\/10.000 og 1\/10.000 hexametaphosphorsyre. Denne kombination af komplekse farvebeskyttelsesadditiver blev brugt til at teste farvestabiliteten af solnedgangsgult pigment, og farvestabiliteten kunne n\u00e5 15d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2,5 \u03b2-karoten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fire slags farvebeskyttelsesadditiver som natriumisoascorbat, EDTA-2Na, fytinsyre og natriumpyrofosfat blev udvalgt til blandingspr\u00e6ferencetesten, og resultaterne er vist i tabel 6.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 6 viser, at den bedste kombination af farvebeskyttelsesadditiver til \u03b2-caroten var natriumisoascorbat 1\/10000, EDTA-2Na 2\/10000, fytinsyre 1\/10000 og natriumpyrophosphat 1\/10000. Denne kombination af komplekse farvebeskyttelsesadditiver blev brugt til at teste farvestabiliteten af forf\u00f8rende r\u00f8de pigmenter i 17 dage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konklusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1, farvebeskyttelsesadditiver har en mere indlysende farvebeskyttelseseffekt p\u00e5 de mest almindeligt anvendte pigmenter. Imidlertid er farvebeskyttelseseffekten af calciumlactat ikke indlysende; EDTA-2Na har en negativ effekt p\u00e5 solnedgangsgul; natriumisoascorbat ud over \u03b2-caroten har en farvebeskyttelseseffekt p\u00e5 andre pigmenter er negativ, det vil sige, det kan reducere pigmentets stabilitet.<\/p>\n<p>2, bedre sammensat farvebeskyttelsessammens\u00e6tning, cochinealr\u00f8d til fytinsyre 2 \/ 10.000, natriumtripolyphosphat 2 \/ 10.000, EDTA-2Na1 \/ 10.000, natriumhexametaphosphat 1 \/ 10.000; amarantr\u00f8d til EDTA-2Na2 \/ 10.000, natriumpyrophosphat1 \/ 10.000, natriumtripolyphosphat2 \/ 10.000 og fytinsyre2 \/ 10.000; fristelsesr\u00f8d for natriumtripolyphosphat2\/10.000, hexametaphosphorsyre2\/10.000, EDTA-2Na2\/10.000 og natriumpyrophosphat2\/10.000; solnedgangsgul for fytinsyre 2\/10.000, natriumpyrofosfat 2\/10.000, natriumcitrat 2\/10.000 og hexametaphosphorsyre 1\/10.000; \u03b2-karoten for natriumascorbylisoascorbat 1\/10.000, EDTA-2Na2\/10.000, fytinsyre 1\/10.000 og natriumpyrofosfat 1\/10.000.<\/p>\n<p>3.
