T\u00f8rre, m\u00f8re grene af cathayana Hemsl. Morb\u00e6rgrene har en flad natur, en let bitter smag og h\u00f8rer til levermeridianen. De er en traditionel kinesisk l\u00e6geurt, der har den virkning, at den fordriver vind og fugt, fremmer leddenes sundhed og hovedsageligt bruges til at behandle symptomer som gigt, lammelse og f\u00f8lelsesl\u00f8shed og \u00f8mhed i arme og skuldre. Gamle b\u00f8ger har registreret, at morb\u00e6rgrene kan \"behandle t\u00f8r mund, n\u00e6re kropsv\u00e6sker og n\u00e6re nyrevand\" og har de terapeutiske virkninger at t\u00f8rre fugt, fremme blodcirkulationen og meridiancirkulationen. De har en lang historie med klinisk anvendelse i traditionel kinesisk medicin i Kina. Morb\u00e6rgrene indeholder forskellige effektive aktive ingredienser, s\u00e5som flavonoider, alkaloider, aminosyrer osv. If\u00f8lge moderne farmakologisk forskning har morb\u00e6rgrene flere effekter, herunder antiinflammatoriske, antioxidante, hypoglyk\u00e6miske, lipids\u00e6nkende, hypotensive, antibakterielle, antivirale og antitumor. Flavonoider fra morb\u00e6rgrene har gode effekter p\u00e5 s\u00e6nkning af blodlipider, s\u00e6nkning af blodsukker samt antibakterielle og antioxidante egenskaber.<br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse brugte 18 partier morb\u00e6rgrene fra 9 forskellige produktionsomr\u00e5der og 3 forskellige typer i Chongqing som eksperimentelle pr\u00f8ver. Ultralydsekstraktion blev udf\u00f8rt, og ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) blev brugt til at bestemme og analysere indholdet af fem flavonoider, herunder rutin, morb\u00e6rpigment, kaempferol, isoquercitrin og morb\u00e6rquercetin, i disse 18 partier af morb\u00e6rgrene fra 9 forskellige produktionsomr\u00e5der og 3 forskellige typer. Denne unders\u00f8gelse unders\u00f8gte methanol-opvarmningsrefluxekstraktionsmetoden, methanol-ultralydsekstraktionsmetoden, ethanol-opvarmningsrefluxekstraktionsmetoden og ethanol-ultralydsekstraktionsmetoden. Det viste sig, at brug af methanol som ekstraktionsmiddel gav bedre resultater. Ekstraktionseffekterne af opvarmning af tilbagesvalingsmetoden og ultralydsekstraktionsmetoden var ikke signifikant forskellige. I betragtning af den enkle betjening af ultralydsekstraktionsmetoden blev methanol-ultralydsekstraktionsmetoden valgt i denne unders\u00f8gelse. Dette studie unders\u00f8gte forskellene i virkningerne af fire mobilfasesammens\u00e6tninger (0,2% myresyreopl\u00f8sning + methanol, 0,2% myresyreopl\u00f8sning + acetonitril, 0,2% fosforsyreopl\u00f8sning + methanol, 0,2% fosforsyreopl\u00f8sning + acetonitril) p\u00e5 topdannelsen. De eksperimentelle resultater viste, at n\u00e5r den mobile fase var 0,2% myresyreopl\u00f8sning + methanol og 0,2% fosforsyreopl\u00f8sning + methanol, var topdannelsestiden senere, og analysetiden var l\u00e6ngere, is\u00e6r for quercetin. N\u00e5r den mobile fase var methanol, var topdannelsestiden senere, hvilket p\u00e5virkede den samlede analysetid. De eksperimentelle resultater viste, at separationseffekten var optimal, n\u00e5r s\u00f8jletemperaturen var 35 \u2103.<br \/>\nIndholdet af flavonoider i morb\u00e6rgrene. Forskningsresultaterne viste, at rutin, isoquercitrin, morb\u00e6rpigment, kaempferol og kaempferol blev p\u00e5vist i alle 18 partier af pr\u00f8ver af morb\u00e6rgrene, men der var betydelige forskelle i deres indhold. Det gennemsnitlige indhold af kaempferol med det h\u00f8jeste indhold var 135,154 \u03bc g\/g, og det gennemsnitlige indhold af kaempferol med det laveste indhold var 6,929 \u03bc g\/g. Det tyder p\u00e5, at morb\u00e6rgrene (is\u00e6r Huasang i Huangjueya Town, Nan'an District) kan bruges som kildemateriale til at udvinde kaempferol og videreudvikle og udnytte det. Indholdet af disse fem flavonoider i morb\u00e6rgrene p\u00e5virkes af forskellige faktorer, f.eks. h\u00f8sttidspunktet for grenene, typen af morb\u00e6rtr\u00e6, grenens dele (forreste, midterste og bageste del), grenens oprindelse osv. Sangxinsu har anti-AIDS-virus og antitumoreffekter. Morb\u00e6rpigmenter og isoquercitrin har begge antioxidantaktivitet og kan fjerne frie DPPH-radikaler. Rutin kan forbedre kapill\u00e6rernes elasticitet, beskytte forskellige v\u00e6v og organer og fremkalde celleapoptose. Kaempferol har en god h\u00e6mmende effekt p\u00e5 kr\u00e6ftceller. Ligesom rutin inducerer det apoptose under celled\u00f8dsprocessen og har anti-cancer effekter. Sammenfattende har morb\u00e6rekstrakt, morb\u00e6rpigment, isoquercitrin, rutin og kaempferol alle en god medicinsk v\u00e6rdi og er af stor betydning for klinisk medicin. Ressourcer fra morb\u00e6rtr\u00e6er har et stort planteomr\u00e5de i Three Gorges Reservoir-omr\u00e5det, er nemme at f\u00e5 fat i og har lave omkostninger til anskaffelse af r\u00e5materialer.
