Resultaterne af aktivitetsdetektion og identifikation af inhibitortype for denne forbindelse viste, at quercetin-7-O - \u03b2 - D-glucuronid var en konkurrencedygtig inhibitor med den h\u00f8jeste inhibitionsrate p\u00e5 94,67%. Dette indikerer, at forbindelsen har st\u00e6rk konkurrenceevne i binding til AG, hvilket i h\u00f8j grad reducerer bindingen af AG til sukkerarter, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med tidligere forskningsresultater. Den mulige bindingsmodel mellem forbindelsen og AG blev unders\u00f8gt ved hj\u00e6lp af computerst\u00f8ttet molekyl\u00e6r dockingmetode, og den mulige virkningsmekanisme blev udforsket. De tre benzenringe i forbindelsens flavonoide moderkerne dannede en stabil bindingstilstand med AG-proteinrester gennem \u03c0 - \u03c0 konjugerede bindinger, \u03c0 - alkylbindinger, \u03c0 - \u03c3 konjugerede bindinger, hydrogenbindinger osv. og reducerede derved fastende blodsukker.
