Den har den virkning, at den fremmer blodcirkulationen, opl\u00f8ser blodstase, afgifter, diurese, reducerer gulfarvning og modvirker malaria. Unders\u00f8gelser af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning har vist, at verbena indeholder flygtige olier, iridoider, phenylpropanoider, flavonoider og andre komponenter, som har forskellige farmakologiske aktiviteter s\u00e5som antiinflammatorisk, antioxidant, smertestillende, hoste- og astmalindring, anti myokardieisk\u00e6mi og cerebral isk\u00e6mi. 2020-udgaven af Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, Part One, bruger oleanolic acid og ursolic acid som indholdsindikatorer for den medicinske urt verbena, men dens specificitet er ikke st\u00e6rk. B\u00e5de verbascosid og isoverbascosid har antioxidant, antih\u00e6molytisk, antiangiotensinase-aktivitet, blodtrykss\u00e6nkende og immunfunktionsforbedrende effekter. Dette indikerer, at verbascosid og isoverbascosid er af stor betydning for kvalitetskontrollen og evalueringen af verbena. Derfor vil vores virksomhed p\u00e5 baggrund af eksisterende forskning \u00f8ge bestemmelsen af isoverbascosid for at give reference til kvalitetskontrollen af kinesiske urtepr\u00e6parater, der indeholder verbena. Unders\u00f8gelser af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning har vist, at b\u00e5de verbascosid og verbascosid er iridoidglykosider. verbascosid, ogs\u00e5 kendt som 5-hydroxyverbascosid, har en ekstra hydroxylgruppe i kulstofposition 5 sammenlignet med verbascosid. De to komponenters kemiske strukturer er ens, og deres absorptionskurver i UV-synlige 3D-spektre er stort set de samme. Derfor anbefales det at kombinere de to komponenter til detektion og beregne den samlede m\u00e6ngde af de to komponenter. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev der etableret fire metoder til bestemmelse af indholdet af aktive ingredienser. Fremstillingsmetoden for testopl\u00f8sningen var i overensstemmelse med fingeraftryksspektret, men de kromatografiske betingelser blev fastlagt separat og var ikke i overensstemmelse med fingeraftryksspektret. De vigtigste overvejelser var indikatorkomponenternes separationsgrad, renhed og metodens reproducerbarhed. Resultaterne af indholdsbestemmelsen viste, at der var visse forskelle i indholdet af verbascosid, verbascosid, verbascosid og isoverbascosid i forskellige produktionsomr\u00e5der af verbenaurt. Selv inden for det samme produktionsomr\u00e5de var der ogs\u00e5 forskelle i indholdet af forskellige partier af urter, som hovedsageligt var relateret til forskelle i h\u00f8sttidspunkt, forarbejdningsmetoder, opbevaringsmetoder og opbevaringstid for urterne. Derudover fandt vores virksomhed i vores forskning, at der er betydelige forskelle i indholdet af verbascosid, verbascosid, verbascosid og isoverbascosid i forskellige medicinske dele af den samme verbenaurt. Blandt dem er indholdet af verbascosid, verbascosid, verbascosid og isoverbascosid i blomster og blade betydeligt h\u00f8jere end i st\u00e6nglerne. Derfor er streng kontrol af h\u00f8sttidspunktet for l\u00e6geurter og sikring af forholdet mellem blomster og blade i urterne af stor betydning for kvalitetskontrollen af verbena-l\u00e6geurter.<br \/>\nForskning i fingeraftryksspektre. UPLC-metoden blev brugt til at etablere fingeraftryksspektret for Herba Verbena. De kromatografiske betingelser for fingeraftryksspektret og fremstillingsmetoden for testopl\u00f8sningen blev systematisk unders\u00f8gt. Resultaterne af lighedsberegningen viste, at ligheden mellem fingeraftryksspektrene for 15 partier af medicinske materialer var over 0,9, og den samlede lighed var h\u00f8j, hvilket kan bruges til identifikation og kvalitetskontrol af Herba Verbena. Ved at bruge massespektrometri med h\u00f8j opl\u00f8sning til at identificere f\u00e6lles toppe blev der identificeret tre typer aktive ingredienser, nemlig iridoidglykosider, phenylpropanoidglykosider og flavonoider. For f\u00f8rste gang blev fingeraftryksspektre brugt til at karakterisere de tre typer aktive ingredienser i verbena, og for f\u00f8rste gang blev isoverbascosid, luteolin 7-diglukosid og apigenin 7-O-glukuronid identificeret ud fra verbenas fingeraftryksspektrum, hvilket bedre afspejler verbenas overordnede integritet og egenskaber. Ved at bruge det relative topareal af f\u00e6lles toppe som variabler klassificerede b\u00e5de klyngeanalyse og hovedkomponentanalyse de 15 partier af medicinske materialer i tre kategorier. Blandt dem havde de medicinske materialer fra Henan, Jiangsu og Guizhou lignende kemiske sammens\u00e6tningsforhold. OPLS-DA fandt syv kromatografiske toppe med signifikante forskelle i topforhold, nemlig top 2, 6, 16, 10, 11, 5 og 9.
