Den genetiske afstand inden for og mellem K2P-arter har dog visse begr\u00e6nsninger i forhold til at identificere Ficus microcarpa og dens besl\u00e6gtede arter og kr\u00e6ver en kombination af NJ-tr\u00e6klusteranalyse og sekund\u00e6r struktur til identifikation.<\/p>\n<p>Eksperimentet unders\u00f8gte kromatografiske forhold s\u00e5som forskellige ekstraktionsmidler, detektionsb\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngder, s\u00f8jletemperaturer, mobile fasesystemer og kromatografiske s\u00f8jler. Resultaterne viste, at ved brug af 95% ethanolekstraktion, XBridge Peptide BEH C18 (5 \u03bc m, 4,6 mm \u00d7 250 mm) kromatografisk s\u00f8jle, detektionsb\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde 330 nm, s\u00f8jletemperatur 30 \u00b0C, str\u00f8mningshastighed 1,0 ml\/min og mobilfase methanol-pH8 fosfatbufferopl\u00f8sning var topformerne og separationsgraden for hvert farvespektrum gode. Der er i alt 10 kromatografiske toppe i Ficus microcarpa fra forskellige oprindelser, hvoraf de fleste ikke blev p\u00e5vist i Ficus microcarpa og Ficus microcarpa. Ligheden mellem n\u00e6rt besl\u00e6gtede arter og Ficus microcarpa er mindre end 0,807; der er en betydelig forskel i indholdet af psoralen og bergamotlakton mellem Ficus microcarpa og dens besl\u00e6gtede arter. Indholdet af Ficus microcarpa og Ficus microcarpa er betydeligt lavere end indholdet af Ficus microcarpa, hvilket indikerer en forskel i kvalitet mellem Ficus microcarpa og dens besl\u00e6gtede arter. Det har en vigtig praktisk vejledningsv\u00e6rdi for brugen af indholdet af psoralen og bergamotlakton som kvalitetskontrolindikatorer for Ficus microcarpa. Derfor kan fingeraftryksspektre, lighed og indholdsbestemmelse objektivt og pr\u00e6cist skelne mellem \u00e6gtheden af Ficus microcarpa-l\u00e6gemidler, som effektivt kan bruges til kvalitetskontrol og \u00e6gthedsidentifikation af Ficus microcarpa-l\u00e6gemidler.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenfattende er DNA-stregkoden og HPLC-fingeraftrykket for Ficus microcarpa og dens besl\u00e6gtede arter blevet etableret. Metoden er enkel, p\u00e5lidelig, stabil og har god repeterbarhed, hvilket kan bruges til fingeraftryksforskning og autenticitetsidentifikation af Ficus microcarpa og dens besl\u00e6gtede arter.
