S\u00f8lvkrysantemum bruges hovedsageligt i folkemedicinen til at behandle allergier, s\u00e5r, an\u00e6mi, feber, ansigtsneuralgi og hudsygdomme. Moderne farmakologiske unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at s\u00f8lvkrysantemum har antiinflammatoriske, antibakterielle, anti-HIV-, antitumor- og hypoglyk\u00e6miske aktiviteter. Unders\u00f8gelser af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning viser, at den hovedsageligt indeholder sesquiterpener, monoterpener, triterpener, flavonoider og phenolsyrer. I de senere \u00e5r har den antiinflammatoriske aktivitet af s\u00f8lvkrysantemum f\u00e5et stor opm\u00e6rksomhed. For at afklare det antiinflammatoriske farmakologiske stofgrundlag unders\u00f8gte denne artikel derfor den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af ethylacetatekstraktet af 95%-ethanolekstraktet af s\u00f8lvkrysantemum og testede den antineuroinflammatoriske aktivitet af de isolerede forbindelser for at opdage forbindelser med betydelig antineuroinflammatorisk aktivitet og give et grundlag for den efterf\u00f8lgende kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og farmakologiske aktivitetsforskning af s\u00f8lvkrysantemum.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7129\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-34.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"168\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7130\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-232.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"170\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7131\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/3-22.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"391\" height=\"623\" \/><br \/>\nDette studie unders\u00f8gte lignanerne i ethylacetatfraktionen af de overjordiske dele af s\u00f8lvkrysantemum og isolerede fem lignaner, herunder en ny 8-O-4'-oxo-lignan, tre bicykliske lignaner og en biphenyl-cycloocten-lignan. Den anti-neuroinflammatoriske aktivitet af de ovenn\u00e6vnte 5 forbindelser blev screenet, og det blev fundet, at forbindelse 1 udviste moderat NO-h\u00e6mmende aktivitet, mens de andre forbindelser ikke havde nogen h\u00e6mmende virkning p\u00e5 NO-frigivelse. MTT-analyseresultaterne viste, at lignaner ikke havde cytotoksiske virkninger ved den testede koncentration og ikke p\u00e5virkede overlevelsesraten for BV-2-mikroglia. Baseret p\u00e5 ovenst\u00e5ende forskningsresultater spekuleres der i, at lignaner m\u00e5ske ikke er det vigtigste farmakologiske stof, der ligger til grund for s\u00f8lvkrysantemums antiinflammatoriske aktivitet. Baseret p\u00e5 litteraturrapporter fandt vi ud af, at de antiinflammatoriske aktive ingredienser i s\u00f8lvkrysantemum hovedsageligt fokuserer p\u00e5 sesquiterpenlaktoner. For yderligere at udforske det materielle grundlag for dets anti-neuroinflammatoriske aktivitet vil vi forts\u00e6tte med at studere dets kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og fokusere p\u00e5 sesquiterpenkomponenter for at opn\u00e5 forbindelser med god anti-neuroinflammatorisk aktivitet. Desuden viste litteraturgennemgangen, at der kun findes f\u00e5 rapporter om den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af lignaner i s\u00f8lvkrysantemum.
