YLHJ01, en endofytisk svamp i Artemisia annua<br \/>\nArtemisia selengensis Turcz, ogs\u00e5 kendt som siv-artemisia eller vand-artemisia, er en fler\u00e5rig urteagtig plante i Asteraceae-familien. Det er en karakteristisk vild spiselig plante i Poyang Lake-omr\u00e5det og en traditionel s\u00e6sonbestemt gr\u00f8ntsag. Dens unikke aroma og rige n\u00e6ring g\u00f8r den popul\u00e6r blandt forbrugerne. Moderne videnskabelig forskning har vist, at Artemisia annua indeholder masser af n\u00e6ringsstoffer og har visse sundhedsm\u00e6ssige fordele, prim\u00e6rt p\u00e5 grund af dens kemiske komponenter som flavonoider, terpener, phenylpropanoider, polysaccharider osv. Disse ingredienser har vist gode biologiske aktiviteter inden for antioxidant, anti-fedme, anti-inflammatorisk, anti-tumor og immunregulering, og deres omfattende udvikling og anvendelse er af stor betydning.<br \/>\nDer findes mange arter af endofytiske svampe i planter, og deres metabolitter er mangfoldige. Disse metabolitter kan producere forskellige aktive stoffer, der ligner v\u00e6rtens, hvilket er en potentiel b\u00e6redygtig kilde til naturlige aktive stoffer i planter og en rig kilde til biomolekyler til medicinske anvendelser. Med endofytiske svampe som ressourcer er dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning i aktiviteten af deres sekund\u00e6re metabolitter, s\u00e5som antitumor, antioxidantstress, antibakteriel osv. af stor betydning for screening af nye l\u00e6gemidler og udvikling af nye medicinske ressourcer. Samtidig har udvinding af naturlige produkter gennem svampemetabolisme fordele med hensyn til \u00f8konomi og milj\u00f8beskyttelse.<br \/>\nParaconiothyrium sp. er en nyopdaget og navngivet sl\u00e6gt i 2004. I de senere \u00e5r har litteraturen rapporteret om isolering af mange nye sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i skelettet og forbindelser med betydelig antibakteriel og antitumoraktivitet fra Paraconiothorium sp. Denne unders\u00f8gelse isolerede for f\u00f8rste gang den endofytiske svamp Paraconiothyroum sp. YLHJ01 fra den karakteristiske spiselige plante Artemisia annua i Jiangxi og brugte den som forskningsobjekt. Det er planen at fermentere den i risdyrkningsmedium for at finde forbindelser med nye strukturer og god biologisk aktivitet. Forskningsresultaterne vil berige de strukturelle typer af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i den endofytiske svamp Paraconiothyroum sp. YLHJ01 i Artemisia annua. Blandt dem er forbindelse 1 et nyt phenolderivat, og forbindelserne 2-5 og 7 blev isoleret fra denne sl\u00e6gt for f\u00f8rste gang, hvilket i h\u00f8j grad beriger mangfoldigheden af sekund\u00e6re metabolitstrukturer i Paraconiothorium-sl\u00e6gten. Sathiyaseelan et al. rapporterede, at nogle phenolforbindelser viste sig at udvise cytotoksicitet over for tumorceller i den endofytiske svamp Paraconiothorium brasiliense MT269522. Derudover har rapporter vist, at phenolderivater og phthaleinforbindelser har antitumor- og antibakterielle aktiviteter. Derfor foretog denne artikel forel\u00f8bige evalueringer af tumorcytotoksiciteten og den antibakterielle aktivitet af forbindelserne 1-7 isoleret fra Paraconiothorium sp. YLHJ01. Desv\u00e6rre viste det sig, at forbindelserne 1-7 ikke havde cytotoksicitet mod HepG2-tumorceller og A549-tumorceller. Gennem test af antibakteriel aktivitet viste det sig dog, at forbindelserne 1, 2 og 4 havde visse antibakterielle virkninger. Sammenfattende beriger denne unders\u00f8gelse de strukturelle typer af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter produceret af den endofytiske svamp Paraconiothorium sp.
