{"id":7043,"date":"2024-08-06T18:23:54","date_gmt":"2024-08-06T18:23:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/?p=7043"},"modified":"2024-08-06T18:23:54","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T18:23:54","slug":"water-soluble-rosmarinic-acid-pigments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/da\/water-soluble-rosmarinic-acid-pigments\/","title":{"rendered":"Hvad med stabiliteten af vandopl\u00f8selige rosmarinsyrepigmenter?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00f8devarefarvestoffer, ogs\u00e5 kendt som madfarver, er en vigtig type f\u00f8devaretils\u00e6tningsstoffer med en bred vifte af anvendelsesmuligheder, og der er to hovedkategorier, dvs. naturlige madfarver og syntetiske madfarver.<\/p>\n<p>Med forbedringen af levestandarden er folk mere og mere bekymrede for f\u00f8devaresikkerheden, syntetiske pigmenter erstattes gradvist af naturlige pigmenter, og udviklingen af sikre og p\u00e5lidelige naturlige pigmenter er af stor praktisk betydning for at beskytte menneskers sundhed.<\/p>\n<p>Hyben, ogs\u00e5 kendt som Loropetalum, r\u00f8d hornbj\u00e6lke osv., vokser i tropiske og subtropiske t\u00f8rre omr\u00e5der, hovedsageligt produceret i Lincang-omr\u00e5det i Kina, Guangdong, Guangxi og andre steder er ogs\u00e5 distribueret. B\u00e6geret af hyben er en k\u00f8dfuld struktur, der indeholder reducerende sukkerarter, proteiner, organiske syrer, vitaminer, en r\u00e6kke aminosyrer samt mineraler, der er n\u00f8dvendige for den menneskelige krop, som indeholder anthocyaniner, phenoler, aldehyder med betydelig antioxidantfunktion, anthocyaninindhold p\u00e5 op til 14,5 g. Anthocyaninindholdet i b\u00e6geret af hyben er ogs\u00e5 meget h\u00f8jt.<\/p>\n<p>Moderne medicin har bevist, at naturlige pigmenter, is\u00e6r dem, der er udvundet af planter, ikke kun er sikre, men ogs\u00e5 har en vis n\u00e6ringsv\u00e6rdi. Effekten af lys p\u00e5 stabiliteten af rosemarinpigmenter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ved m\u00e5ling af lysets effekt p\u00e5 pigmentstabiliteten i hyben blev der brugt to sammenligningsmetoder: at undg\u00e5 lys og lyseksponering.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7044\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-275.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"305\" height=\"191\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Som det fremg\u00e5r af figur 1, faldt absorbansen betydeligt under lysforhold, jo l\u00e6ngere placeringstiden var, ledsaget af en klar tendens\u00e6ndring, hvilket indikerer, at lys har en st\u00f8rre indvirkning p\u00e5 stabiliteten af rosmarinpigmentering, b\u00f8r opbevares v\u00e6k fra lys; mens jo l\u00e6ngere placeringstiden er, jo l\u00e6ngere har absorbansen en tendens til at falde, men \u00e6ndringen er ikke signifikant, hvilket indikerer, at opbevaring v\u00e6k fra lys p\u00e5 stabiliteten af rosmarinpigmentering har en meget lille indvirkning.<\/p>\n<p>Men uanset om det er i lyset eller under lysbeskyttelse, har absorbansen en tendens til at falde, s\u00e5 hybenpigmentet b\u00f8r ikke placeres for l\u00e6nge, men bruges nu og s\u00e5 vidt muligt opbevares under lysbeskyttelse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Effekt af temperatur p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigmenter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7045\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-226.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"173\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Som det fremg\u00e5r af figur 2, falder ekstraktets absorbans gradvist med den gradvise temperaturstigning, og tendensen er tydelig, hvilket indikerer, at hybenpigmentets termiske stabilitet ikke er god, og dets struktur \u00f8del\u00e6gges let under h\u00f8je temperaturer, s\u00e5 det er bedre at opbevare det under lave temperaturer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Effekten af f\u00f8devareforsuringsmiddel (citronsyre) p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigmenter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Citronsyre er et vigtigt forsuringsmiddel, som er meget udbredt i f\u00f8devareindustrien. Den er lugtfri, har en st\u00e6rk syrlig smag og er letopl\u00f8selig i vand, hvilket g\u00f8r den til et af de syrningsmidler med den st\u00f8rste dosering i f\u00f8devareindustrien.<\/p>\n<p>I den praktiske anvendelse st\u00f8der vi ofte p\u00e5 produktion af f\u00f8devarer som drikkevarer med citronsyre som syrningsmiddel og rosmarinsyrepigment som farvestof, s\u00e5 det er af praktisk betydning at bestemme effekten af citronsyre p\u00e5 stabiliteten af rosmarinsyrepigment ved at bruge citronsyre som forskningsmateriale. Effekten af citronsyremassefraktion p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigment er vist i Fig. 3.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7046\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/3-213.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"309\" height=\"166\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Som det fremg\u00e5r af figur 3, steg pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningens absorbans gradvist med stigningen i citronsyremassefraktionen, og \u00e6ndringen var tydelig, men i den praktiske anvendelse skal citronsyremassefraktionen tils\u00e6ttes i henhold til produktets behov i den rigtige m\u00e6ngde, is\u00e6r i produktionen af drikkevarer for at kontrollere det passende sukker-syreforhold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Indflydelse af f\u00f8devares\u00f8destoffer (xylitol) p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigmenter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Xylitol er et naturligt, sundt f\u00f8devares\u00f8destof, dets s\u00f8dme kan sammenlignes med saccharose, opl\u00f8st i vand kan det absorbere en masse varme, er det st\u00f8rste af alle sukkeralkohols\u00f8destoffer i v\u00e6rdien af varmeabsorption af en slags, som erstatning for sukker i de senere \u00e5r i f\u00f8devareindustrien er meget udbredt.<\/p>\n<p>Tilsvarende i processen med f\u00f8devareindustriens produktion og praktiske anvendelse, hybenpigmentekstrakter som kolde drikke eller drikkevarer eller som andre f\u00f8devaretils\u00e6tningsstoffer, den faktiske anvendelse af processen med hyppig kontakt med nogle s\u00f8destoffer, s\u00e5 xylitol som et forskningsmateriale, for at bestemme effekten af xylitol p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigment. Effekten af xylitolmassefraktionen p\u00e5 stabiliteten af rosmarinpigmentet er vist i fig. 4.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7048\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-192.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"311\" height=\"164\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Som det fremg\u00e5r af figur 4, steg pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningens absorbans f\u00f8rst og faldt derefter med stigningen i xylitolmassefraktionen, og \u00e6ndringen var tydelig, og i den praktiske anvendelse var xylitolmassefraktionen p\u00e5 ca. 6% mere egnet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Indflydelse af salt p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigmentering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Som det fremg\u00e5r af figur 5, steg pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningens absorbans lidt med den gradvise stigning i massefraktionen af salt, men \u00e6ndringen var lille, s\u00e5 i den faktiske anvendelsesproces kan man i henhold til produktets specifikke behov stort set ignorere virkningen af dets pigmentering af rosmarinus officinalis.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7062\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/5-176.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"304\" height=\"171\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Indflydelsen af almindelige metalioner p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigmenter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gennem testf\u00e6nomenet blev det konstateret, at opl\u00f8sningens farve med tils\u00e6tning af Fe2+, Al3+ og Cu2+ \u00e6ndrede sig til henholdsvis lilla-sort, lys lilla og m\u00f8rk lilla. Dette indikerer, at kontakt med jern-, aluminium- og kobberbeholdere og ioniske opl\u00f8sninger b\u00f8r undg\u00e5s under p\u00e5f\u00f8ring, konservering og brug af hybenpigmenter;<\/p>\n<p>Farven p\u00e5 pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningen med K+, Ca2+ og Zn2+ \u00e6ndrede sig ikke v\u00e6sentligt. Absorbansen af pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningerne med K+, Ca2+ og Zn2+ blev m\u00e5lt ved den maksimale absorptionsb\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde, og resultaterne var henholdsvis 0,547, 0,562 og 0,555, hvilket viste, at absorbansen af pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningen med Ca2+ blev st\u00f8rre, absorbansen af pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningen med K+ blev mindre, og absorbansen af pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningen med Zn2+ forblev stort set u\u00e6ndret. Derfor kan man se bort fra effekten af disse tre ioner ved normal anvendelse af rose bengal-pigment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konklusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Rosemarie-pigment har d\u00e5rlig lysbestandighed og b\u00f8r opbevares v\u00e6k fra lys, n\u00e5r det opbevares. Rosmarinpigmentets termiske stabilitet er d\u00e5rlig, og dets struktur \u00f8del\u00e6gges let under h\u00f8je temperaturforhold, s\u00e5 det er bedre at opbevare det under lave temperaturforhold.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Citronsyremassefraktion g\u00f8r, at pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningens absorbans gradvist \u00f8ges, indflydelsen er indlysende, i den praktiske anvendelse skal citronsyremassefraktion tils\u00e6ttes i henhold til produktets eftersp\u00f8rgsel i en passende m\u00e6ngde.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Xylitolmassefraktion f\u00e5r pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningens absorbans til at stige f\u00f8rst og derefter falde, effekten er indlysende, i praktisk anvendelse er xylitolmassefraktion p\u00e5 ca. 6% mere passende.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Bordsaltmassefraktion har ringe effekt p\u00e5 rosenpigmentets stabilitet, i henhold til produktets specifikke behov kan man ignorere dets effekt p\u00e5 rosenpigmentet.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Forskellige slags metalioner har forskellige effekter p\u00e5 stabiliteten af hybenpigment, Fe2+, Al3+, Cu2+ 3 slags metalioner har en st\u00f8rre effekt p\u00e5 hybenpigment, mens K+, Ca2+, Zn2+ 3 slags metalioner stort set ikke har nogen effekt.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Food coloring agent, also known as food coloring, is an important type of food additives, with a wide range of applications, and there are two main categories, i.e., natural food coloring and synthetic food coloring.
