De t\u00f8rrede blomsterknopper fra den sovende lotus, som er en almindeligt anvendt l\u00e6geurt i uyghur-medicin, er medtaget i Uyghur Medicine Volume of the Drug Standards of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. Denne unders\u00f8gelse brugte en diodearray-detektor til at udf\u00f8re fuld b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdescanning (190-800 nm) p\u00e5 lotusblomstens fingeraftryksspektrum. Baseret p\u00e5 det pr\u00e6senterede 3D-spektrum kan det ses, at den kromatografiske topseparation er h\u00f8j, topsymmetrien er god, basislinjen er stabil, og topkapaciteten er stor under b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdeforholdene p\u00e5 273 nm og 350 nm. Det opn\u00e5ede spektrum af testopl\u00f8sningen kan vise rigere information. Derfor blev 273 nm og 350 nm valgt som m\u00e5leb\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngder.<\/p>\n<p>Valg af kromatografiske betingelser. Indflydelsen af methanol og acetonitril som mobile faser p\u00e5 fingeraftryksspektret af lotusblomster blev unders\u00f8gt. N\u00e5r man bruger methanol og acetonitril som mobile faser til isokratisk analyse, er adskillelseseffektiviteten d\u00e5rlig. For at opn\u00e5 bedre adskillelse af hver kromatografisk top v\u00e6lges gradienteluering. Sammenlignet med methanolacetonitril som mobil fase kan der opn\u00e5s flere kromatografiske toppe i fingeraftrykskromatogrammet. Ved at sammenligne kromatogrammerne fra to forskellige mobile faser blev det konstateret, at separationsevnen med acetonitril var bedre end med methanol. Derfor blev acetonitril valgt som den mobile fase i denne unders\u00f8gelse.<br \/>\nEvaluering af analysemetoder. Ved at analysere fingeraftryksspektrene fra 15 partier af sovende lotusblomster fandt man ud af, at der var 23 f\u00e6lles toppe ved en b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde p\u00e5 273 nm. Analyseresultaterne af de tre metoder var konsistente. Femten partier af Nelumbo nucifera blev inddelt i fire kategorier ved 273 nm, hvor forskellene hovedsageligt blev afspejlet i top 17, 1, 4, 15, 20, 23, 3, 6, 2 og 21. Blandt dem var top 1 gallussyre, top 15 var puerarin, og top 20 var quercetin. Ved 350 nm er det opdelt i tre kategorier med forskelle, der hovedsageligt afspejles i screeningen af top 14, 1, 13, 7, 8, 11, 10 og 2. Blandt dem er top 14 quercetin, top 7 er fyrv\u00e6rkeriglykosid, og top 8 er lilla skyglykosid. Disse komponenter kan tjene som de vigtigste karakteristiske komponenter til at skelne mellem og identificere kvaliteten af lotusmedicinske materialer fra forskellige produktionsomr\u00e5der.
