Den bruges som l\u00e6geurt med sine r\u00f8dder og er rig p\u00e5 n\u00e6ringsstoffer. Den kan spises i lang tid og er kendt som \"levetidsfrugten\". Den virker appetitv\u00e6kkende og ford\u00f8jelsesfremmende, fremmer qi-cirkulationen, lindrer hoste og astma, fremmer diurese og afgiftning. Moderne farmakologisk forskning har vist, at majroer har farmakologiske aktiviteter som f.eks. s\u00e6nkning af blodsukkeret, antioxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor, regulering af immuniteten og anti-inflammatorisk. I den indledende forskning m\u00e5lte forskerholdet, at indholdet af majroe-polysaccharider var ca. 11,53%. Efter affedtning og affarvning blev det vandopl\u00f8selige majroe-polysakkarid BRP opn\u00e5et. Det blev yderligere isoleret og oprenset for at opn\u00e5 neutrale polysaccharider fra Brassica rapa L. (BRNP) og sure polysaccharider fra Brassica rapa L. (BRAP), og deres strukturer er blevet identificeret. Forel\u00f8bige eksperimenter har vist, at majroe-polysaccharider har god antioxidantaktivitet, hvilket l\u00e6gger det eksperimentelle fundament for anvendelsen af majroe-polysaccharider i antioxidant- og anti-aging-forskning. N\u00e5r de blev behandlet med 300 \u03bc mol\/L H2O2 i 4 timer, var celleoverlevelsesraten 60,64%. P\u00e5 dette tidspunkt var PC12-cellerne beskadiget til en vis grad, men havde endnu ikke n\u00e5et en irreversibel tilstand. Derfor blev 300 \u03bc mol\/L valgt som den optimale koncentration og tid for oxidativ skade i PC12-celler i 4 timer i efterf\u00f8lgende eksperimenter.<\/p>\n<p>For at verificere, om BRNP har cytotoksiske virkninger p\u00e5 PC12-celler, blev BRNP brugt alene til at behandle PC12-celler uden H2O2-skade. Fors\u00f8gsresultaterne viste, at der ikke var nogen signifikant \u00e6ndring i PC12-cellernes overlevelsesrate efter behandling med forskellige koncentrationer (7,8-2000 \u03bc g\/mL) af BRNP (P&gt;0,05), hvilket indikerer, at BRNP ikke havde nogen signifikant cytotoksicitet p\u00e5 PC12-cellernes levedygtighed. Ved unders\u00f8gelse af BRNP's virkning p\u00e5 H2O2-induceret skade i PC12-celler viste resultaterne, at sammenlignet med modelgruppen steg celleoverlevelsesraten gradvist med stigningen i BRNP-koncentrationen (P&lt;0,05), og celleoverlevelsesraten steg markant, da BRNP-koncentrationen n\u00e5ede 250 \u03bc g\/mL. Baseret p\u00e5 eksperimentelle resultater har BRNP en vis beskyttende effekt p\u00e5 H2O2-induceret skade i PC12-celler.<br \/>\nLaktatdehydrogenase (LDH) findes inde i cellerne og kan katalysere produktionen af laktat fra pyruvat. N\u00e5r celler beskadiges, frigives LDH i store m\u00e6ngder, hvilket f\u00f8rer til en betydelig stigning i det ekstracellul\u00e6re LDH-niveau. M\u00e6ngden af frigivet LDH er proportional med graden af skade, s\u00e5 LDH-l\u00e6kagehastigheden kan afspejle graden af celleskade. Resultaterne af dette eksperiment tyder p\u00e5, at BRNP kan forhindre eller bremse graden af cellemembranskade og forhindre l\u00e6kage af intracellul\u00e6r LDH.<br \/>\nProtonfordelingen p\u00e5 begge sider af mitokondriernes indre membran i cellen er ikke ensartet og danner en elektrokemisk gradient, der kaldes mitokondriemembranpotentialet. Talrige unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at n\u00e5r en apoptosefremkaldende faktor stimulerer celleapoptose, sker der et fald i mitokondriemembranpotentialet, og dette fald i membranpotentialet sker tidligere end \u00e6ndringer i cellens morfologi. Det betydelige fald i mitokondriemembranpotentialet vil f\u00f8re til irreversibel apoptose af celler, og derfor kan faldet i mitokondriemembranpotentialet betragtes som et klassisk f\u00e6nomen i den tidlige fase af celleapoptose. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt har forskning bekr\u00e6ftet et t\u00e6t forhold mellem mitokondriel dysfunktion og aldringsprocessen. For eksempel kan utilstr\u00e6kkelig tilf\u00f8rsel af mitokondrieenergi (MMP og ATP) reducere kroppens metaboliske kapacitet, hvilket f\u00f8rer til en r\u00e6kke aldrings\u00e6ndringer. Blandt dem er faldet i mitokondriernes membranpotentiale en af de specifikke mark\u00f8rer for celleapoptose. Forskningsresultaterne viste, at mitokondriemembranpotentialet i PC12-celler blev reduceret betydeligt efter H2O2 behandling, og BRNP forbehandling kunne forhindre reduktionen af membranpotentialet for\u00e5rsaget af H2O2.<br \/>\nApoptose er en programmeret celled\u00f8dsproces, der omfatter eksogene Fas\/FasL-medierede d\u00f8dsreceptorveje samt endogene mitokondrie- og endoplasmatiske retikulumveje. BRNP reducerer udtrykket af Caspase-3 til en vis grad i PC12-celler, der er beskadiget af H2O2-oxidation. Efter intervention med BRNP steg ekspressionsniveauet af Bcl-2 i PC12-celler med oxidativ skade, mens ekspressionsniveauerne af Bax og BRNP faldt i varierende grad.
