De er udbredt i de fleste dele af Kina. Morb\u00e6rblade har en afbalanceret n\u00e6ringsv\u00e6rdi og er kendt som de \"ud\u00f8delige blade\". De er ogs\u00e5 en typisk medicinsk og spiselig ressource, der indeholder rige n\u00e6ringsstoffer med s\u00e6rlige fysiologiske aktiviteter s\u00e5som protein, frie aminosyrer, alkaloider, flavonoider osv. If\u00f8lge rapporter kan frie aminosyrer (FAA'er) i morb\u00e6rblade udg\u00f8re 0,2% til 2,0% af det samlede t\u00f8rstof, og sammens\u00e6tningen og indholdet af FAA'er har en betydelig indvirkning p\u00e5 smagskvaliteten af morb\u00e6rblade, hvilket direkte eller indirekte p\u00e5virker kvaliteten af morb\u00e6rbladprodukter. Derfor er omfattende analyse og evaluering af FFA'er i morb\u00e6rblade af stor betydning. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt findes der forskellige metoder til bestemmelse af FFA'er, og forskningen i deres anvendelse skrider hurtigt frem. Der er forskningsrapporter om brug af spektrofotometri til at bestemme indholdet af aminosyrer i te, medicinske materialer osv. Xia et al. brugte spektrofotometri til at bestemme indholdet af GABA i morb\u00e6rblade fra 23 morb\u00e6rsorter. De friske morb\u00e6rblade fra morb\u00e6rsorten Huosang har det h\u00f8jeste indhold af GABA, nemlig 1,224 mg\/g, hvilket er 3,76 gange s\u00e5 meget som den morb\u00e6rsort, der har det laveste indhold. Deng et al. bestemte det samlede aminosyreindhold i morb\u00e6rblade ved hj\u00e6lp af en aminosyreanalysator til at v\u00e6re 8,62-10,63 g\/100 g, mens Yang et al. bestemte det essentielle aminosyreindhold i morb\u00e6rbladprotein til at v\u00e6re 29,11 g\/100 g r\u00e5protein. Zhen et al. brugte HPLC til at p\u00e5vise indholdet af frie aminosyrer i morb\u00e6rblade h\u00f8stet fra tre forskellige s\u00e6soner af morb\u00e6rsorter. Lu et al. etablerede en metode til samtidig bestemmelse af aminosyrer, nukleosider og alkaloider i pr\u00f8ver af morb\u00e6rblade ved hj\u00e6lp af ultrah\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi tandem triple quadrupol massespektrometri. Den spektrofotometriske metode er enkel og let at implementere, velegnet til p\u00e5visning af aromatiske frie aminosyrer, men det line\u00e6re omr\u00e5de er lille, kun en st\u00f8rrelsesorden; Aminosyreanalysatormetoden er n\u00f8jagtig, p\u00e5lidelig og har god reproducerbarhed og kan bestemme de fleste typer aminosyrer og deres homologer. Denne metode har imidlertid en relativt lang bestemmelsestid, stor diffusion efter s\u00f8jlen, hvilket resulterer i et fald i opl\u00f8sningen, og instrumentstrukturen er kompleks og relativt dyr; H\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi og h\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi-massespektrometri har fordelene ved h\u00f8j selektivitet, h\u00f8j specificitet, h\u00f8j f\u00f8lsomhed og bred anvendelighed til pr\u00f8ver. Brugen af dem er dog begr\u00e6nset af h\u00f8je instrumentpriser, biprodukter fra h\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi og interferens for\u00e5rsaget af hydrolyse af derivater. Kombinationen af h\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi og fluorescensdetektion (HPLC-FLD) til bestemmelse af aminosyreindhold har fordelene ved h\u00f8j specificitet, h\u00f8j f\u00f8lsomhed, forenklede og besv\u00e6rlige forbehandlingstrin, forkortet forbehandlingstid og intet behov for at bruge st\u00e6rke baser eller kontakt med h\u00f8je temperaturer, hvilket er mere sikkert. Fang et al. brugte HPLC-FLD-metoden til at opn\u00e5 m\u00e5lrettet p\u00e5visning af 18 frie aminosyrer i friske og t\u00f8rrede teblade, hvilket er en reference for denne unders\u00f8gelse. Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at faktorer som forskellige oprindelser, sorter, t\u00f8rremetoder og h\u00f8stperioder har en betydelig indvirkning p\u00e5 aminosyreindholdet i morb\u00e6rblade. Derfor indsamlede denne unders\u00f8gelse morb\u00e6rblade fra 17 forskellige oprindelser i Chongqing, herunder tre sorter, i november (tidlig frost) og t\u00f8rrede dem ved 45 \u00b0C til konstant v\u00e6gt. Zhangs forskning viser, at aminosyreindholdet i morb\u00e6rblade svarer til indholdet i rapspollen, som indeholder 8 essentielle aminosyrer, der er n\u00f8dvendige for menneskekroppen. Planteressourcerne er rigelige, hvilket g\u00f8r det til en god ressource til udvikling af funktionelle f\u00f8devareplanter; Deng et al. evaluerede kvaliteten af morb\u00e6rblade fra forskellige regioner og fandt, at der ikke var nogen signifikante forskelle i de kemiske typer af morb\u00e6rblade fra forskellige regioner, men der var forskelle i komponentindholdet, hvilket afspejler de kemiske sammens\u00e6tningsegenskaber for morb\u00e6rblade fra forskellige regioner.<br \/>\nDette eksperiment unders\u00f8gte FFA'erne i pr\u00f8ver af morb\u00e6rblade fra tre sorter af morb\u00e6r, kinesisk morb\u00e6r og kyllingemorb\u00e6r fra forskellige oprindelser. Det har v\u00e6rdien af at udvikle funktionelle ern\u00e6ringsf\u00f8devarer med aminosyrer. TAV-v\u00e6rdien fungerer som en referenceindikator for at give smag. Gennem aminosyre-TAV-analyse blev det konstateret, at der er f\u00e6rre aminosyrer med TAV-v\u00e6rdier st\u00f8rre end 1 i morb\u00e6rblade fra forskellige regioner i de tre sorter. Selv om deres bidrag til smagen er relativt lille, bidrager de ikke til smagen. Smagens sammens\u00e6tning skyldes ikke udelukkende faktorerne i smagskomponenter med TAV-v\u00e6rdier st\u00f8rre end 1. Mange smagskomponenter i morb\u00e6rblade har flere smagsattributter, og der er behov for yderligere forskning i hver aminosyrekomponent for at afsl\u00f8re samspillet mellem dem. Gennem hovedkomponentanalyse blev det konstateret, at der var betydelige forskelle i aminosyrer blandt tre typer morb\u00e6rblade fra forskellige regioner, hvoraf aminosyreindholdet og kvaliteten af morb\u00e6rblade i Anlan Town, Banan District, Chongqing var den h\u00f8jeste. N\u00e5r man etablerer plantningsbaser for morb\u00e6rblade, kan man derfor i vid udstr\u00e6kning plante sorter af kyllingemorb\u00e6r og kinesisk morb\u00e6r baseret p\u00e5 de geografiske og milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige fordele i regionen. Morb\u00e6rblade i dette omr\u00e5de er de foretrukne sorter til videreudvikling og udnyttelse.
