Mangokerner, som udg\u00f8r 20% til 60% af mangoens samlede v\u00e6gt, bliver ofte kasseret som affald. Men mangokerner er et af de mest anvendte l\u00e6gemidler i tibetansk og mongolsk medicin. I \"Chinese Materia Medica: Mongolian Medicine Volume\" st\u00e5r der, at de fremmer ford\u00f8jelsen, reducerer slim og fremmer qi-cirkulationen. De bruges mod madstagnation, appetitl\u00f8shed, hoste, brok, orkitis og andre tilstande. Derfor er der behov for yderligere omfattende og systematisk kvalitativ analyse af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af mangofr\u00f8.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionelle kemiske analysemetoder, fra ekstraktion og adskillelse af kemiske komponenter til strukturel identifikation, er ofte tidskr\u00e6vende og arbejdskr\u00e6vende, og den strukturelle analyse af de opn\u00e5ede komponenter er ogs\u00e5 meget vanskelig. UPLC-Q-TOF-MS\/MS-teknologien (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry) har fordelene ved h\u00f8j separationsevne, h\u00f8j f\u00f8lsomhed og h\u00f8j opl\u00f8sning, som hurtigt kan opn\u00e5 analyse af kemiske l\u00e6gemiddelkomponenter. Den anvendes i stigende grad inden for kvalitativ analyse af kemiske komponenter i naturlige l\u00e6gemidler. For yderligere at belyse det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for mangofr\u00f8 har denne unders\u00f8gelse til hensigt at bruge UPLC-Q-TOF-MS \/ MS til hurtig kvalitativ analyse af de kemiske komponenter For at forbedre v\u00e6rdien af mangokerner brugte denne unders\u00f8gelse derfor UPLC-Q-TOFMS\/MS-teknologi til systematisk og omfattende at analysere de kemiske komponenter i alkoholekstraktet af mangokerner. At skabe et grundlag for udvikling af innovative funktionelle f\u00f8devarer og dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning inden for omr\u00e5der som medicin til mango kerner.<br \/>\nFor bedre at kunne udforske de potentielle medicinske stoffer i mango kerner, udf\u00f8rte denne unders\u00f8gelse en dybdeg\u00e5ende analyse af de kemiske komponenter i mango kerner ved at \u00e6ndre den mobile fase og optimere massespektrometri parametre baseret p\u00e5 identifikation af polyphenoliske stoffer af tidligere forskere. Med hensyn til de organiske faser af methanol og acetonitril og de vandige faser af vand, 0,1% myresyrevand og 0,2% myresyrevand blev de mobile faser unders\u00f8gt og i sidste ende bestemt til at v\u00e6re acetonitril og 0,1% myresyrevand. Baseret p\u00e5 de kendte forbindelser gallussyre, 1,2,3,6-tetragalloylglukose, luteolin, quercetin og mangiferin i mangokerne blev der udf\u00f8rt parameteroptimering for at opn\u00e5 de optimale fragmentioner med tilsvarende strukturer. Ved at kombinere retentionstid, pr\u00e6cis molekylv\u00e6gt, fragmentioner fra sekund\u00e6r massespektrometri og relevant litteratur blev der identificeret i alt 135 bioaktive stoffer fra mangokerne, herunder 47 gallussyretanniner, 47 flavonoider, 30 organiske syrer, 3 coumariner og 8 iridoidglykosider. Blandt dem blev coumariner og iridoidglykosider identificeret for f\u00f8rste gang fra mangokerner. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt fokuserer forskningen hovedsageligt p\u00e5 de polyfenoliske stoffer i mangokerne, og unders\u00f8gelsen af de bioaktive stoffer i mangokerne er ikke klar nok.
