Efterf\u00f8lgende vil fremstilling og evaluering af spiselige film med forskellige substrater blive udf\u00f8rt, og anvendelsen og konserveringsmekanismen for k\u00f8dprodukter vil blive unders\u00f8gt. P\u00e5 baggrund af resultaterne af denne unders\u00f8gelse kan man i udviklingen og udnyttelsen af anthocyaniner fra bl\u00e5b\u00e6rrester v\u00e6lge udvindings-, rensnings-, forarbejdnings- og opbevaringsprocesser i henhold til passende pH og temperatur.
