{"id":6713,"date":"2024-08-06T14:11:51","date_gmt":"2024-08-06T14:11:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/?p=6713"},"modified":"2024-08-06T14:11:51","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T14:11:51","slug":"ergothionein","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/da\/ergothionein\/","title":{"rendered":"Forskningsfremskridt inden for ergothioneins antioxidante egenskaber og dets indgriben i oxidativ stress-relaterede sygdomme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ergothionein blev f\u00f8rste gang rapporteret i 1909, da Tanret et al. isolerede en unik svovlholdig krystalforbindelse, 2-mercapto-L-histidintrimethylbetain, mens de studerede meldr\u00f8je-svampen, der \u00f8del\u00e6gger rugkerner. Forbindelsen fik navnet ergothionein (ERG). ERG findes hovedsageligt i nogle svampe og bakterier, og dyr kan ikke selv syntetisere ERG, men er hovedsageligt afh\u00e6ngige af f\u00f8dekilder. Forskning har vist, at ERG findes i pattedyrs v\u00e6v og organer som f.eks. \u00f8je\u00e6blet, s\u00e6d og r\u00f8de blodlegemer med et ERG-indhold p\u00e5 ca. 1-2 mmol\/l i r\u00f8de blodlegemer. Forskere sammenlignede den metaboliske fordeling af ERG hos kaniner, hunde og katte og fandt ud af, at ERG hovedsageligt er fordelt i leveren, de r\u00f8de blodlegemer og nyrerne. Efter indtagelse af f\u00f8devarer, der indeholder ERG, som f.eks. boletus edulis, beh\u00e5ret dj\u00e6vleparaply og shiitake-svamp, kan der konstateres en stigning i ERG-niveauet i r\u00f8de blodlegemer, hjerne, lever, nyrer og \u00f8jenv\u00e6v.<\/p>\n<p>I 2005 viste en unders\u00f8gelse, at rekombinant organisk kationstransport\u00f8r 1 (OCTN1) er den vigtigste transport\u00f8r af ERG med en transporteffektivitet, der er fire gange h\u00f8jere end for matrin og 100 gange h\u00f8jere end for carnitin. I OCTN1-knockout-modeldyr mangler ERG i celler og v\u00e6v. Ophobningen af ERG fra f\u00f8devarer in vivo afh\u00e6nger af tilstedev\u00e6relsen af OCTN1. Forskellen i fordelingen af ERG i v\u00e6v er relateret til forskellen i udtrykket af OCTN1-protein. Niveauet af ERG in vivo er t\u00e6t forbundet med hepatointestinale sygdomme, neurodegenerative sygdomme, hjerte-kar-sygdomme, diabetes og nyresygdomme. Denne artikel opsummerer de fysisk-kemiske egenskaber, antioxidantegenskaber og interventionseffekter og mekanismer for ERG p\u00e5 oxidative stressrelaterede sygdomme, hvilket giver reference til den diversificerede anvendelse af ergotamin.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6714\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-249.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"359\" height=\"144\" \/>ERG har som naturlig antioxidant visse fordele sammenlignet med andre antioxidanter, og dets antioxidantfunktion g\u00f8r, at det har et stort terapeutisk eller forebyggende potentiale for mange oxidativt stress-inducerede sygdomme. Mange ul\u00f8ste problemer kan dog begr\u00e6nse den videre anvendelse af ERG. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der stadig begr\u00e6nset forskning i brugen af ERG i sygdomsforebyggelse og -behandling, og der er ingen v\u00e6sentlig unders\u00f8gelse af sammenh\u00e6ngen mellem ERG-behandlingsdosis og sygdom; der er ingen v\u00e6sentlig forskning i sammenh\u00e6ngen mellem kosttilskud med svampe og forbrug; I unders\u00f8gelsen af at supplere ERG med spiselige svampe for at forebygge sygdomme, selvom det har vist sig, at denne metode har visse antioxidante og antiinflammatoriske aktiviteter, er det p\u00e5 grund af den komplekse sammens\u00e6tning af svampe vanskeligt at m\u00e5lrette og bestemme de stoffer, der ud\u00f8ver deres virkninger, og kun sporm\u00e6ngder af ERG kan opn\u00e5s ved indtagelse af svampe. Derfor skal ERG's rolle i medicin og klinisk praksis udforskes yderligere. Nylige unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at ERG kan bruges som en langtidsholdbar f\u00f8devare til at beskytte eller forbedre nogle af de skader, der er for\u00e5rsaget af aldring, forhindre UV-induceret foto\u00e6ldningsskade og melaninaflejring p\u00e5 menneskehud og dermed forbedre livskvaliteten.<br \/>\nDen kunstige syntese af ERG er et andet omr\u00e5de, der er v\u00e6rd at v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5. Den tidlige udvinding af ERG fra spiselige svampes frugtlegemer havde h\u00f8je omkostninger og lave udbytter, hvilket gjorde den uegnet til industrielle anvendelser. Sammenlignet med kemiske ekstraktionsmetoder har den nuv\u00e6rende biosyntesemetode med flydende fermentering af spiselige svampe fordelene ved lave omkostninger, h\u00f8jt udbytte og let produktion i stor skala, hvilket kan v\u00e6re udviklingsretningen for ERG-syntese-teknologi.<br \/>\nEksisterende forskning har vist det enorme potentiale for anvendelse af ERG inden for omr\u00e5der som medicin, f\u00f8devarer, sundhed og kosmetik.
