Derfor er det n\u00f8dvendigt at etablere en mere specifik og pr\u00e6cis metode til effektivt at skelne og differentiere mellem de to.<\/p>\n<p>2020-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 specificerer, at indholdsbestemmelsesindikatorerne for Fritillaria thunbergii er Fritillaria A og Fritillaria B, mens indholdsbestemmelsesindikatoren for Fritillaria thunbergii i Hubei-provinsen v\u00e6lger Fritillaria B, og indholdsgr\u00e6nsen for Fritillaria thunbergii B i Hubei-provinsen er betydeligt h\u00f8jere end den samlede gr\u00e6nse for Fritillaria thunbergii A og Fritillaria thunbergii B i Zhejiang-provinsen, hvilket giver objektive betingelser for forfalskning og anvendelse af Fritillaria thunbergii. I lyset af det komplekse kemiske sammens\u00e6tningssystem i traditionel kinesisk medicin er det ikke l\u00e6ngere tilstr\u00e6kkeligt at bruge en enkelt kvantitativ model til at opfylde behovene for kvalitetskontrol i moderne kinesisk medicin. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der kun f\u00e5 rapporter om forskellen i indholdet af aktive ingredienser mellem de to typer Fritillaria. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev HPLC-ELSD-metoden derfor brugt til at etablere fingeraftryksspektre af Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (FTB) og Fritillariae Hupehensis Bulbus (FHB) i henholdsvis Fritillariae thunbergii og Fritillariae Hupehensis Bulbus i Hubei. Resultaterne af lighedsevalueringen viste, at fingeraftryksspektrene for den samme Fritillaria thunbergii var meget ens. Derfor kan fingeraftryksspektre bruges som f\u00e6lles tr\u00e6k til forskning i kvalitetskontrol af Fritillaria thunbergii og Fritillaria thunbergii. Ved at sammenligne forskellene mellem fingeraftryksspektrene for de to typer Fritillaria kan man se, at fingeraftryksspektret for Fritillaria thunbergii tydeligt mangler toppen af Hubeijia-pigmentspektret, eller at Hubeijia-pigmentindholdet er ekstremt lavt, hvilket g\u00f8r det vanskeligt at opdage i Fritillaria thunbergii. Derfor kan Hubeijia fungere som en differentieret biomark\u00f8r til at skelne og differentiere mellem to typer Fritillaria, Zhejiang Fritillaria og Hubei Fritillaria.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at bruge toparealet af den f\u00e6lles top som en variabel blev HCA-, PCA- og OPLS-DA-analyser udf\u00f8rt separat. Resultaterne af HCA og PCA var i stand til effektivt at skelne og differentiere mellem Fritillaria thunbergii og Fritillaria thunbergii, hvilket indikerer, at kombinationen af fingeraftryk, HCA eller PCA er en effektiv metode til at identificere Fritillaria thunbergii og Fritillaria thunbergii. For yderligere at afklare forskellene i kemisk sammens\u00e6tning mellem de to typer Fritillaria thunbergii blev OPLS-DA-analyse brugt til at identificere fire forskellige biomark\u00f8rer. I henhold til betydningen af forskellene blev de sorteret som Fritillaria thunbergii&gt;Peak 4&gt;Berberine A&gt;Berberine B, hvilket indikerer, at der er betydelige forskelle i indholdet af de ovenn\u00e6vnte komponenter mellem de to typer Fritillaria thunbergii. Denne forskel skyldes til dels forskellene i selve de medicinske materialer. Forskellige oprindelser kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re t\u00e6t forbundet med faktorer som plantemilj\u00f8 og v\u00e6kstcyklus for l\u00e6geurter.<\/p>\n<p>Med hensyn til valg af indikatorer for indholdsbestemmelse er alkaloiderne i Fritillaria thunbergii og Fritillaria thunbergii hovedsageligt opdelt i steroidalkaloider og steroidalkaloider. Forskning har vist, at alkaloider har forskellige farmakologiske aktiviteter s\u00e5som sliml\u00f8sende, hosted\u00e6mpende, astmalindrende, antiinflammatoriske og antitumoreffekter, som er i overensstemmelse med de funktionelle indikationer p\u00e5 Zhejiang Fritillaria og Hubei Fritillaria. Fem identiske alkaloider blev identificeret fra HPLC-ELSD-fingeraftryksspektrene fra Fritillaria thunbergii og Fritillaria thunbergii. Resultaterne af indholdsbestemmelsen viste, at bortset fra indholdsforskellen af ibuprofen havde de andre fire komponenter i Fritillaria thunbergii, Berberine A, Berberine B og IsoBerberine A betydelige indholdsforskelle. Blandt dem var indholdet af Berberine A i Fritillaria thunbergii signifikant h\u00f8jere end i Fritillaria thunbergii, mens indholdet af Berberine A, Berberine B og IsoBerberine A var signifikant lavere end i Fritillaria thunbergii. Ved at m\u00e5le indholdet af Berberine A, Berberine A, Berberine B og IsoBerberine A er det derfor muligt at skelne mellem Fritillaria thunbergii og Fritillaria thunbergii. De opn\u00e5ede forskningsresultater er stort set i overensstemmelse med resultaterne af OPLS-DA-analysen. Der er litteraturrapporter om, at forskellene i indholdet og andelen af alkaloider kan v\u00e6re en vigtig faktor, der f\u00f8rer til forskellene i hoste, slim, antibakterielle og antiinflammatoriske virkninger mellem de to typer Fritillaria thunbergii. Samtidig bestemmelse af flere alkaloider er af stor betydning for kvalitetskontrol og evaluering af klinisk orienterede traditionelle kinesiske l\u00e6gemidler, Fritillaria thunbergii og Fritillaria thunbergii.
