Nymphaeacea candida virker feberneds\u00e6ttende, lindrer hoste, beroliger sindet og beskytter hjerte og hjerne. Den bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning i sammensatte pr\u00e6parater som Zukamu-granulat, Yan Xiao Dinar-sirup og feberneds\u00e6ttende benazepril-sirup. Moderne farmakologiske unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at ekstrakt af lotusblomst har forskellige biologiske aktiviteter som antioxidant, antiinflammatorisk, hypoglyk\u00e6misk, hepatobeskyttende og neurobeskyttende egenskaber. Polyfenoler og flavonoider er de vigtigste karakteristiske komponenter i ekstraktet. Snehvide \u00e5kander er hovedsageligt udbredt i damme, sumpe og s\u00f8er i Ili, Bohu, Altay og nogle omr\u00e5der i Centralasien i Xinjiang, Kina. Men i de senere \u00e5r er de damme og s\u00f8er, som den snehvide \u00e5kande er afh\u00e6ngig af for at overleve, skrumpet ind p\u00e5 grund af menneskets udvikling af naturen, og produktionen af vilde medicinske materialer fra den snehvide \u00e5kande er ogs\u00e5 faldet. Den er nu blevet opf\u00f8rt som en truet vild plante p\u00e5 andet niveau i Kina. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er de kommercielt tilg\u00e6ngelige l\u00e6gemidler af sovende lotus p\u00e5 markedet hovedsageligt afh\u00e6ngige af import, men disse importerede l\u00e6gemidler af sovende lotus har manglerne ved brede kilder og uklar oprindelse. Nogle litteraturrapporter antyder, at de sovelotus-l\u00e6gemidler, der s\u00e6lges p\u00e5 markedet, kan v\u00e6re bl\u00f8dh\u00e5rede, tandede sovelotusblade. Efter mange \u00e5rs introduktion og t\u00e6mning af vilde sorter fra Bohu har Urumqi Green Garden Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd. med succes dyrket og plantet den snehvide sovende lotus. Baseret p\u00e5 indsamling af forskellige kilder og oprindelser af medicinske materialer fra \u00e5kander samt to partier af kommercielt tilg\u00e6ngelige pr\u00f8ver og \u00e5kander med bl\u00f8de t\u00e6nder blev der derfor konstrueret et HPLC-fingeraftryksspektrum af medicinske materialer fra \u00e5kander, og der blev udviklet en bestemmelses- og analysemetode, der kombinerede en test og flere evalueringer. De medicinske materialer af \u00e5kande blev forel\u00f8bigt analyseret og sammenlignet med kommercielt tilg\u00e6ngelige pr\u00f8ver og \u00e5kande med bl\u00f8dt h\u00e5r og t\u00e6nder for at give datareference til udvikling og anvendelse af medicinske materialer af \u00e5kande.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6584\" Introduktionsperioden omfattede fra 2017 til 2020. P\u00e5 grund af de betydelige skader p\u00e5 v\u00e6kstmilj\u00f8et for snehvid lotus i Yili-regionen blev der gjort flere fors\u00f8g p\u00e5 at finde omr\u00e5der, hvor den oprindelige snehvide lotus var t\u00f8rret ud. Indtil juni 2021 blev der kun indsamlet et lille antal vilde snehvide lotus, s\u00e5 de vigtigste kilder til introduktion kom fra Bosten Lake og Altay-regionen i Xinjiang. To partier af vilde snehvide sovende lotusblomster blev indsamlet fra forskellige vandskel i Ili-floddalen i henholdsvis juni og september 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Metoden med \u00e9n test og flere evalueringer kan ikke kun bruges til kvalitetskontrol af flere komponenter, men ogs\u00e5 til at l\u00f8se problemerne med knappe referencematerialer og h\u00f8je testomkostninger. Det er en hot metode og udviklingsretning til indholdsbestemmelse og kvalitetskontrol af traditionel kinesisk medicin. Det er dog vanskeligt kun at bruge kemisk sammens\u00e6tning som evalueringsindeks for at opfylde behovene for kvalitetskontrol af etniske l\u00e6gemidler. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er kombinationen af fingeraftryksspektrum og ensidig multievalueringsmetode et almindeligt middel til kvalitetskontrol af traditionel kinesisk medicin, som undg\u00e5r ulemperne ved at evaluere kvaliteten af medicinske materialer udelukkende baseret p\u00e5 deres indhold. Denne artikel konstruerede et fingeraftryksspektrum af n\u00f8kkerose og identificerede og bestemte de kromatografiske toppe af gallussyre, methylgallat, n\u00f8kkerosephenol, geraniol, garvesyre, fyrv\u00e6rkeriglykosid og 1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglukose. Sammens\u00e6tningen og indholdet af de 17 batcher af l\u00e6geurter fra den sovende lotus er nogenlunde det samme, og der er ingen signifikant forskel. Lighedsresultaterne med kontrolfingeraftryksspektret er alle st\u00f8rre end 0,9. Men ligheden mellem de to partier af kommercielt tilg\u00e6ngelige sovende lotusmedicinske urter og kontrolfingeraftryksspektret er kun henholdsvis 0,568 og 0,730. Derudover har litteraturen rapporteret gennem DNA-stregkodeforskning, at kommercielt tilg\u00e6ngelige \u00e5kander i h\u00f8j grad ligner hvide \u00e5kander og bl\u00f8dh\u00e5rede tandede blad\u00e5kander, og resultaterne af denne unders\u00f8gelse bekr\u00e6fter ogs\u00e5 dette.
