Den bruges ofte af mange etniske minoriteter i det sydvestlige Kina, herunder de etniske grupper Miao, Yao, Zhuang, Dai og Yi. Achyranthes bidentata indeholder triterpensaponiner med oleanolsyre som moderkerne. Hydrolysatet oleanolsyre har antioxidante, antiinflammatoriske, aterosklerotiske og andre biologiske aktiviteter. P\u00e5 grund af sine funktionelle egenskaber som f.eks. blodsukkers\u00e6nkning, antibakterielle, smertestillende og antiinflammatoriske egenskaber har Achyranthes bidentata en unik anvendelsesv\u00e6rdi inden for medicin og brede udviklingsmuligheder. Derfor er det af stor betydning at studere de aktive ingredienser og funktionelle egenskaber ved Achyranthes bidentata.<\/p>\n<p>Tidligere forskere har isoleret og identificeret 58 vigtige stoffer fra Achyranthes bidentata, hvoraf de vigtigste komponenter, der er blevet isoleret og opn\u00e5et, for det meste er polysaccharider, flavonoider, terpener, plantesteroler, saponiner osv. De har forskellige medicinske egenskaber s\u00e5som antiinflammatoriske, antioxidante, hypoglyk\u00e6miske og antibakterielle, hvilket giver dem brede udviklingsmuligheder inden for medicin. B\u00e5de vand- og alkoholekstraktet af Achyranthes bidentata har god antibakteriel aktivitet, men in vitro anticanceraktivitet og kliniske effekter og mekanismer er endnu ikke blevet unders\u00f8gt. Denne unders\u00f8gelse har til hensigt at bruge ethanolrefluksmetoden til at udvinde ethanolekstraktet af Eucommia ulmoides fra Eucommia ulmoides. Baseret p\u00e5 en enkelt faktor anvendes responsoverfladeoptimeringsekstraktionsprocessen til at finde en effektiv og minimalt destruktiv ekstraktionsproces. Temperaturen var 85,84 \u00b0C, forholdet mellem v\u00e6ske og materiale var 41,46:1, og ekstraktionstiden var 2,14 timer. Den estimerede teoretiske ekstraktionshastighed var 9,36%. N\u00e5r koncentrationen af ethanolekstraktet var 256 \u03bc g\/mL, n\u00e5ede h\u00e6mningsgraden for A549-celler op p\u00e5 94,65%, og ethanolekstraktets ridsehelingsgrad p\u00e5 kr\u00e6ftceller var betydeligt lavere end for den blanke kontrolgruppe (P&lt;0,001), hvilket indikerer, at ethanolekstraktet af koens kn\u00e6 har en vis anticanceraktivitet.
