Forskning har vist, at h\u00e6mning af autofagi er t\u00e6t forbundet med inflammasomaktivering og opregulering af IL-1 \u03b2-transkription. Berigelsesniveauet for MAPK-signalvejen er kun overg\u00e5et af PI3K\/Akt-signalvejen, som er t\u00e6t forbundet med forskellige pro-inflammatoriske processer. Sammenfattende spekulerer vi i, at Huangbai kan aktivere PI3K\/Akt-vejen for at igangs\u00e6tte autofagi og regulere flere signalveje som MAPK'er for at ud\u00f8ve anti-gigt-effekter (se figur 9).<\/p>\n<p>Denne unders\u00f8gelse brugte molekyl\u00e6r docking-teknologi til at verificere bindingsevnen for de aktive ingredienser i Phellodendron amurense, der blev forudsagt af netv\u00e6rksfarmakologi til n\u00f8glem\u00e5lene AKT1, TNF, IL-6, PPARG og PTGS2. Repr\u00e6sentative aktive ingredienser som quercetin, rutaecarpine, \u03b2-sitosterol og karakteristiske komponenter i Phellodendron amurense som Phellodendron amurense-alkaloider og berberin blev udvalgt til efterf\u00f8lgende celleeksperimenter for at udforske og screene for aktive ingredienser med st\u00e6rke antiinflammatoriske virkninger.
