C. Y. Wu ex H. W. Li, en plante i familien Lamiaceae. Der findes fem arter af denne plante, men kun \u00e9n i Kina. I de senere \u00e5r har forskere i ind- og udland udf\u00f8rt dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning, farmakologiske aktivitet og kvalitetskontrol af nyrethe. F\u00f8lgende konklusioner er blevet draget: (1) Terpenoider (herunder diterpener, triterpener og sesquiterpener), phenylpropanoider, amider og andre forbindelser er for nylig blevet isoleret fra nyrethe; (2) Nyrete og dens monomere forbindelser ud\u00f8ver antiinflammatoriske, nyrebeskyttende, antibakterielle, urinsyres\u00e6nkende, stenudvisende og antitumoraktiviteter ved at regulere ERK-CT1-vejen, nedregulere TNF - \u03b1, modulere proteinudtrykket af urinsyretransport\u00f8rer, h\u00e6mme Notch-signalering og undertrykke TGF - \u03b2 1\/Smad3-vejen; (3) Etableringen af kvalitetsstandarder er t\u00e6t forbundet med unders\u00f8gelsen af kemisk sammens\u00e6tning og farmakologisk aktivitet. Derfor har forskere i ind- og udland i de senere \u00e5r foretaget mere forskning i kvalitetskontrol af nyrethe og har skabt forskellige metoder til kvalitetsdetektering af nyrethe ved hj\u00e6lp af HPLC eller UPLC. Metoderne til kvalitetskontrol af nyrethe er blevet v\u00e6sentligt forbedret. Der er dog ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende problemer i forskningen af nyrethe: (1) Den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af nyrethe er relativt rigelig, men den farmakologiske aktivitet er for det meste koncentreret i r\u00e5ekstraktet, og kun et lille antal monomere forbindelser er blevet unders\u00f8gt for farmakologisk aktivitet. Den farmakologiske aktivitetsforskning af monomere forbindelser er relativt svag; (2) Der er relativt lidt forskning i virkningsmekanismen for dens vigtigste farmakologiske aktive monomerer, og virkningsmekanismen er ikke blevet fuldt ud belyst, s\u00e5som antioxidantaktiviteten af phenylpropanoidforbindelser i nyrete.
