Den har en lang historie med medicinsk brug og er en af \"New Zhejiang Eight Flavors\". Den virker varmeafledende og afgiftende, fremmer blodcirkulationen og fordriver vinden. Den bruges hovedsageligt til kramper med h\u00f8j feber, lungebet\u00e6ndelse, astma, hepatitis, gigt, scrofula og skader for\u00e5rsaget af fald. Den er velegnet til adskillelse og analyse af komplekse systemer med flere komponenter af Trifolium repens. Derfor brugte denne unders\u00f8gelse r\u00f8dder, st\u00e6ngler og blade af den trebladede klatrevin som fors\u00f8gsobjekter og bestemte samtidig 60 aktive ingredienser ved hj\u00e6lp af UFLC-QTRAP-MS\/MS-teknologi. Multivariate statistiske analysemetoder som principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares regression analysis (PLS-DA) og variansanalyse blev brugt til at skelne og afsl\u00f8re forskellene i aktive ingredienser mellem forskellige dele, og grey relational analysis (GRA) blev anvendt til at evaluere kvaliteten af forskellige dele. De endelige resultater viser, at bladpr\u00f8verne (S7-S12) rangerer h\u00f8jere, hvilket indikerer, at deres kvalitet er bedre end st\u00e6ngel- og rodpr\u00f8vernes.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenfattende etablerede denne unders\u00f8gelse en metode ved hj\u00e6lp af ultrahurtig h\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi med tredobbelt quadrupol line\u00e6r ionf\u00e6lde-massespektrometri (UFLC-QTRAP-MS\/MS) til samtidig at bestemme 60 aktive ingredienser i forskellige dele af Three Leaf Cliff Climbing Vine og sammenlignede og vurderede forskellige dele ved hj\u00e6lp af multivariat statistisk analyse. Resultaterne af indholdsbestemmelsen viser, at der er rigelige typer af aktive ingredienser i forskellige dele, hvoraf det samlede indhold af flere aktive ingredienser i bladene er h\u00f8jere end i st\u00e6nglerne og knoldene. Desuden viste multivariat statistisk analyse som f.eks. hovedkomponentanalyse betydelige forskelle i de aktive ingredienser i forskellige dele af den trebladede klatrevin og afsl\u00f8rede otte signifikant forskellige komponenter, nemlig vitexin, isovitexin, icariin, isoicariin, proanthocyanidin B2, tyrosin, phenylalanin og leucin. Gr\u00e5 korrelationsanalyse indikerer, at kvaliteten af bladdele er relativt bedre, efterfulgt af st\u00e6ngler og knolde.
