Den er kendt som Yangha i Korea og Myoga i Japan og er en vigtig l\u00e6ge- og sundhedsplante i Kina. Xianghe foretr\u00e6kker varme, skyggefulde og fugtige milj\u00f8er og vokser mest i bjergomr\u00e5der i skyggen af tr\u00e6er eller ved siden af vandgr\u00f8fter og i skyggefulde og fugtige omr\u00e5der i dale. Den er hovedsageligt udbredt i de centrale og sydlige regioner i Kina. De underjordiske st\u00e6ngler, blomsterst\u00e6ngler og sp\u00e6de skud af Xianghe kan bruges som forskellige ingredienser, hvilket g\u00f8r den til en meget n\u00e6ringsrig medicinsk og spiselig fibergr\u00f8ntsag. Xianghe er rig p\u00e5 polyfenoler, gingeroler, flavonoider, terpener og andre forbindelser, som udviser st\u00e6rke antiinflammatoriske, antioxidante, tr\u00e6thedsreducerende, hypoglyk\u00e6miske, v\u00e6gttabsreducerende og lindrende virkninger p\u00e5 allergisk astma. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt fokuserer forskningen i Xianghe prim\u00e6rt p\u00e5 flavonoider i blomsterknopperne. Derfor er flygtige forbindelser en vigtig indikator for evaluering af kvaliteten af l\u00e6geplanter. Forskningen i flygtige komponenter i Xianghe fokuserer hovedsageligt p\u00e5 blomsterknopdelen. I \u00f8jeblikket er der mere end 50 rapporterede flygtige komponenter. Resultaterne af dette eksperiment viste, at i alt 25 forbindelser (s\u00e5som \u03b1-pinen, \u03b2-pinen, D-limonen osv.) er blevet rapporteret som flygtige komponenter, hvilket stort set er i overensstemmelse med Zhang Sijies resultater. Derudover m\u00e5lte dette eksperiment ogs\u00e5 de flygtige komponenter i r\u00f8dder, st\u00e6ngler og blade af Xianghe, hvilket kan give nye ideer til en diversificeret udnyttelse af Xianghe.<\/p>\n<p>Olefiner er de mest forskelligartede og relativt rigelige flygtige forbindelser i Xianghe, og p\u00e5 grund af deres lave t\u00e6rskel bidrager de v\u00e6sentligt til smagen af Xianghe. Junipelene er en vigtig br\u00e6ndstofforl\u00f8ber med h\u00f8j densitet, som kan bruges som tils\u00e6tningsstof til flybr\u00e6ndstof, parfumeadditiv, fine kemikalier antiinflammatoriske l\u00e6gemidler, is\u00e6r til kronisk bet\u00e6ndelse. \u03b1 - pinen og \u03b2 - pinen er mellemprodukter i fremstillingen af forskellige essenser og krydderier, som kan bruges til at producere fungicider, krydderier, antivirale og antibakterielle midler. Fenfen har farmakologiske aktiviteter s\u00e5som antitumor- og antivirale virkninger og anvendes i vid udstr\u00e6kning inden for omr\u00e5der som medicin, f\u00f8devarer og sundhedsprodukter. D-limonen tils\u00e6ttes hovedsageligt i parfume, s\u00e6be og f\u00f8devarer i form af tils\u00e6tningsstoffer p\u00e5 grund af dets duftegenskaber af h\u00f8j kvalitet. Caryophyllene og \u03b2-elemene er henholdsvis tr\u00e6agtige og skarpe med betydelige anti-cancer og anti-inflammatoriske aktiviteter. Blandt dem bruges \u03b2-elemen i traditionel kinesisk medicin til at behandle forskellige kr\u00e6ftformer uden alvorlige bivirkninger.<\/p>\n<p>Alkoholiske forbindelser er kun overg\u00e5et af alkener med hensyn til relativt indhold og typer i de flygtige komponenter i Xianghe, og de fleste af dem har behagelige blomster- og frugtagtige aromaer. De flygtige alkoholforbindelser i Xianghe-pr\u00f8ven er hovedsageligt terpineol (\u03b1 - terpineol og 4-terpenol). \u03b1 - terpineol har en aroma af syren. Dets formiat og acetat kan bruges til fremstilling af essens, og det er ogs\u00e5 et fremragende opl\u00f8sningsmiddel til farvning af glasvarer. P\u00e5 grund af sin st\u00e6rke alkalimodstand kan terpineol bruges som s\u00e6beessens og bruges ogs\u00e5 i vid udstr\u00e6kning inden for medicin, instrumentering, telekommunikation og andre omr\u00e5der. Derudover blev der fundet relativt h\u00f8je niveauer af eukalyptol, myrtenol og kumarin II i forskellige dele, hvilket kan g\u00f8re aromaen af Xianghe mere harmonisk.<\/p>\n<p>Andelen af flygtige forbindelser som aldehyder, estere, ethere og ketoner i Xianghe er relativt lav. Taojinniang-aldehyd bruges ofte i krydderier, organisk syntese og til at lokke Yunnan-barkbiller med langsg\u00e5ende hul. Eddikesyre-myrteester har en frisk gr\u00e6sagtig og frugtagtig aroma, ledsaget af en citruslignende duft. Ketoner har en h\u00f8jere t\u00e6rskel og bidrager mindre til smagen af Xianghe. Andre flygtige forbindelser omfatter fenoler, syrer, alkaner osv.<\/p>\n<p>I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev HS-SPME-GC-MS-teknologi brugt til at identificere 197 flygtige forbindelser fra forskellige dele af Xianghe (r\u00f8dder, st\u00e6ngler, blade og blomsterknopper). Blandt dem blev 92, 67, 64 og 96 forbindelser identificeret fra henholdsvis r\u00f8dder, st\u00e6ngler, blade og blomsterknopper. De unikke forbindelser i hver del var 48, 18, 21 og 45, og de almindelige flygtige forbindelser var 23, hovedsageligt inklusive olefiner, alkoholer, aldehyder, estere, ketoner osv. Olefiner tegner sig for over 60% i r\u00f8dder, st\u00e6ngler og blade og 54.35% i blomsterknopper, hvilket g\u00f8r dem til de vigtigste flygtige komponenter i Xianghe. Aldehyder, estere, ethere og ketoner i blomsterknopper er h\u00f8jere end i andre dele.
