Den bruges hovedsageligt som medicin med t\u00f8rre r\u00f8dder og st\u00e6ngler og har en kold og bitter smag. Forskning har vist, at vandopl\u00f8selige og udskiftelige tilstande har h\u00f8j biotilg\u00e6ngelighed og let migreres og omdannes i milj\u00f8systemer til absorption og udnyttelse af planter. Baseret p\u00e5 resultaterne af denne unders\u00f8gelse er indholdet af K-elementet i vandopl\u00f8selig tilstand relativt h\u00f8jt. Resttilstand er en form, hvor et grundstof er indkapslet i et mineralsk gitter, som er meget stabilt og ikke let frigives eller udnyttes af planter. Det er en inaktiv form. I denne unders\u00f8gelse findes de fleste grundstoffer i form af rester, hvilket indirekte afspejler det lave indhold af grundstoffer, der rent faktisk kan udnyttes. Effekten af n\u00e6ringsstoffer p\u00e5 aktive ingredienser er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis positiv, ligesom P- og K-elementerne i vandopl\u00f8selig, jern-mangan-oxideret og udskiftelig tilstand, som fremmer den sunde v\u00e6kst af Dianzhong Lou-planter, mens de ogs\u00e5 til en vis grad h\u00e6mmer ophobningen af deres aktive ingredienser. Det samme element i samme kemiske form har m\u00e5ske ikke en enkelt effekt p\u00e5 dannelsen af aktive ingredienser, ligesom organiske K- og Se-elementer har b\u00e5de antagonistiske og fremmende effekter p\u00e5 dannelsen af aktive ingredienser. Tendensen for virkningerne af forskellige grundstoffer i forskellige kemiske former p\u00e5 de aktive ingredienser kan v\u00e6re konsistent. Ligesom grundstoffer som Al, Ba, Fe, Se i forskellige kemiske former viser en signifikant positiv sammenh\u00e6ng med saponiner i Paris polyphylla, hvor Se bidrager s\u00e6rligt fremtr\u00e6dende. Dets ombyttelige, vandopl\u00f8selige og organiske tilstand har alle en stor fremmende effekt p\u00e5 saponinerne VI, VII og H. I mellemtiden er Se-elementet ogs\u00e5 et essentielt sporstof for menneskekroppen, og i de senere \u00e5r har Se-rige produkter v\u00e6ret meget efterspurgte. Derfor kan anvendelse af passende Se-g\u00f8dning under den kunstige dyrkningsproces af Dianzhong Tower forbedre dens medicinske og \u00f8konomiske v\u00e6rdi. P\u00e5 grund af deres iboende egenskaber absorberes og udnyttes reststoffer ikke let af planter, og deres korrelation med forskellige aktive ingredienser er meget lavere end andre kemiske former for grundstoffer. Derfor b\u00f8r man, n\u00e5r man udf\u00f8rer forskning i jordelementer, samtidig med at man studerer den samlede m\u00e6ngde elementer, ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 analysen af elementformer for at forst\u00e5 effektiviteten af jordelementer.<\/p>\n<p>Medicinalplanters rhizosf\u00e6rejord er et direkte medium for materialeudveksling mellem planter og det ydre milj\u00f8 og er det materielle grundlag, der p\u00e5virker kvaliteten og udbyttet af medicinplanter. De uorganiske elementer i rhizosf\u00e6rejorden spiller en vigtig rolle i udv\u00e6lgelsen, den standardiserede plantning, kvalitetsdannelsen og evalueringen af egnede planteomr\u00e5der til traditionel kinesisk medicin. Derfor er det s\u00e6rligt vigtigt at udforske det specifikke elementindhold under forskellige kemiske former og forholdet mellem hvert element og de effektive ingredienser i medicinske materialer. Denne unders\u00f8gelse udforskede indledningsvis forholdet mellem specifikke elementer i rhizosf\u00e6rejorden af Dianzhong grandiflorus og dens saponiner for at give reference til udv\u00e6lgelse af egnede v\u00e6kstomr\u00e5der, standardiseret plantning, kvalitetsdannelse og evaluering af Dianzhong grandiflorus.
