Valleprotein er ogs\u00e5 det dyreste protein p\u00e5 markedet, fordi det stammer fra m\u00e6lk, men kun 20% af m\u00e6lkeproteinet er valleprotein, i mods\u00e6tning til brystm\u00e6lk.<\/p>\n<p>Det bedste ved valleprotein er, at det optages meget hurtigt, og inden for 30 minutter efter at man har spist det, er det nedbrudt til aminosyrer og udnyttet. N\u00e5r valleprotein kommer ind i kroppen, bliver det desuden nedbrudt til et stort antal forgrenede aminosyrer (BCAA'er), som er vigtige stoffer for muskelopbygning og kan hj\u00e6lpe med at opbygge muskler. En anden fordel ved \u00e6ggeprotein er, at det er billigt og let tilg\u00e6ngeligt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fordele:<\/strong> h\u00f8j biotilg\u00e6ngelighed og h\u00f8j procentdel af forgrenede aminosyrer for at hj\u00e6lpe med muskelv\u00e6kst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulemper:<\/strong> Undg\u00e5 \u00e6ggeprotein, hvis du er allergisk over for \u00e6g.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c6rteprotein<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c6rteprotein er kommet til i de senere \u00e5r og er is\u00e6r efterspurgt af vegetarer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f8rst og fremmest indeholder \u00e6rteprotein ingen hormonlignende stoffer, ingen trypsinh\u00e6mmere, som hindrer proteinoptagelsen, men det indeholder fytinsyre, som kan forstyrre mineraloptagelsen. Og fordi det er et vegetabilsk protein, ford\u00f8jes det ikke s\u00e5 hurtigt som animalske proteiner, og det best\u00e5r ikke af alle aminosyrer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c6rteprotein bruger gule \u00e6rter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fordele:<\/strong> ingen gluten, ingen laktose, h\u00f8jt indhold af forgrenede aminosyrer (godt for muskelopbygning), kan s\u00e6nke blodtrykket.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulemper:<\/strong> usmagelig, lav biotilg\u00e6ngelighed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kasein-protein<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e5r det drejer sig om valleproteiner, er man n\u00f8dt til at n\u00e6vne kaseinproteiner.<\/strong> <strong>Det skyldes, at de altid optr\u00e6der i par.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kasein er ogs\u00e5 en bestanddel af brystm\u00e6lk og udg\u00f8r ca. 40% af brystm\u00e6lk og 80% af kom\u00e6lk. Kasein er et komplet protein, men ikke n\u00e6r s\u00e5 effektivt som valleprotein, n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder muskelopbygning. Det skyldes, at kasein har en kompleks struktur, bliver til en ostemasseagtig klump, n\u00e5r det kommer ned i maven, og tager l\u00e6ngere tid at ford\u00f8je, s\u00e5 kasein f\u00e5r ikke aminosyrekoncentrationen i blodet til at stige s\u00e5 hurtigt som valleprotein.<\/p>\n<p>Men kasein er et udholdenhedsprotein og kan h\u00e6ve aminosyreniveauet i blodet i \"lang tid\". Mens valleproteinets effekt varer i de f\u00f8rste 2,5-3 timer, varer kaseins effekt i op til 8 timer. Af denne grund bruger mange atleter kasein som kosttilskud f\u00f8r sengetid. Kasein s\u00e6nker den hastighed, hvormed musklerne nedbrydes, i mods\u00e6tning til valleprotein, som hurtigt fremmer muskelv\u00e6kst.
