For yderligere at fremme det nationale ern\u00e6ringsprogram og Healthy China Rational Diet Action udstedte Office of the National Nutrition Health Steering Committee den 26. april kerne<\/strong> budskab om \"Reducer olien, \u00f8g sojab\u00f8nnerne, \u00f8g m\u00e6lken\"<\/strong>med i alt tredive artikler. Med fokus p\u00e5 problemerne med for stort indtag af olie, utilstr\u00e6kkeligt indtag af sojab\u00f8nner og deres produkter, m\u00e6lk og m\u00e6lkeprodukter osv. fremsatte vores beboere m\u00e5lrettede anbefalinger.<\/p>\n

Den 13.-19. maj er den nationale ern\u00e6ringsuge, og for at hj\u00e6lpe vores beboere med den ern\u00e6ringsm\u00e6ssige koststruktur vil vi nu forklare anvendelsen af g\u00e6rprotein i mejeri- og sojaprodukter.<\/p>\n

G\u00e6rprotein til styrkelse af \"m\u00e6lk\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

M\u00e6lk og m\u00e6lkeprodukter er rige p\u00e5 protein af h\u00f8j kvalitet, B2-vitamin, calcium og andre vigtige sporstoffer, som spiller en uerstattelig rolle for at bevare knoglesundheden og fremme v\u00e6kst og udvikling.<\/p>\n

Proteinindholdet i m\u00e6lk er ca. 2,8%-3,3%, best\u00e5ende af ca. 80% kasein og 20% valleprotein. Valleprotein er et hurtigt ford\u00f8jeligt protein af h\u00f8j kvalitet, som \u00f8ger niveauet af aminosyrer i blodet hurtigere.<\/p>\n

1. G\u00e6rprotein plus ern\u00e6ring<\/strong>
\nG\u00e6rprotein har et fuldgyldigt protein, der kan sammenlignes med valleprotein: et omfattende og afbalanceret indhold af essentielle aminosyrer, der kan sammenlignes med valleprotein og er langt bedre end FAO's anbefalede m\u00f8nster.<\/p>\n

\nBaseret p\u00e5 g\u00e6rproteinets egenskaber, som er lettere at matche med plantebaserede smagsstoffer, ikke har nogen bitter smag, bedre vandbinding, oliebinding og emulgerende egenskaber, kan g\u00e6rprotein anvendes til innovation af hele kategorien af sojab\u00f8nneprodukter og kan ogs\u00e5 bruges sammen med sojab\u00f8nneprodukter for at opn\u00e5 innovation p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af kategorier, for at opn\u00e5 en h\u00f8jere f\u00f8lelse af v\u00e6rdi og for at innovere nye kategorier, der kan sammenlignes med traditionelle sojab\u00f8nneprodukter.<\/p>\n
