Spiselige enzymer er rige p\u00e5 lipase, amylase, superoxiddismutase, m\u00e6lkesyre, eddikesyre og en lille m\u00e6ngde ethanol og andre metabolitter og fenoler, flavonoider og andre biologisk aktive ingredienser, med eliminering af frie radikaler, antioxidant, antibakteriel, antioxidant, lever, aff\u00f8ringsmiddel, immunregulator, metabolisme og rensning af blod og andre fysiologiske funktioner.<\/p>\n<p>Baseret p\u00e5 F&amp;U-erfaringen med enzymer i Japan og Taiwan har indenlandske organisationer i de senere \u00e5r hovedsageligt fokuseret p\u00e5 fermenteringsmekanismen, ern\u00e6ringsmekanismen, industristandardisering og udvikling og anvendelse af spiselige enzymer til at udf\u00f8re forskning og har uafh\u00e6ngigt forsket i og udviklet spiselige enzymer med rige sorter, forskellige funktioner og brede markedsudsigter, som har vist en vedvarende v\u00e6kst i en god udviklingstendens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Typer af spiselige enzymer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I henhold til retningslinjerne for klassificering af enzymprodukter (T\/CBFIA08001-2016) udstedt af China Biofermentation Industry Association i 2016 henviser spiselige enzymer til enzymprodukter, der indeholder specifikke bioaktive ingredienser, som kan indtages af mennesker, og som er fremstillet af r\u00e5varer som dyr, planter, spiselige svampe osv. med eller uden tils\u00e6tning af hj\u00e6lpematerialer og er fremstillet ved mikrobiel fermentering.
