Ved hj\u00e6lp af ikke-m\u00e5lrettede metabolomics-analyser viste det sig, at materialesammens\u00e6tningen og forskelle i metaboliske veje i gojib\u00e6r callusv\u00e6v indeholdt 752 forbindelser, som i aktive ingredienser ligner naturlige planter og har bedre antioxidantaktivitet end naturlige planter. Sammenlignet med DK var der signifikante forskelle i 55 metabolitter i NB, hvoraf 22 metabolitter blev opreguleret, herunder sekund\u00e6re metabolitter som betain med god antioxidantaktivitet. Desuden er indholdet af laktose og laktulose i NB 11 gange h\u00f8jere end i DK. Disse sukkerarter kan som prim\u00e6re metabolitter omdannes til monosakkarider gennem glykosidasehydrolyse, og vigtige antioxidantforstadier som glutamin kan dannes gennem glukoneogenese, hvilket indirekte fremmer dannelsen af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter og \u00f8ger antioxidantkapaciteten i goji-callusv\u00e6v. KEGG-resultaterne viste, at markant forskellige metabolitter blev beriget i 20 metaboliske veje, hovedsageligt gennem ABC-transport\u00f8rer, glycerophospholipidmetabolisme, aminoacyl tRNA-biosyntese og aminosyrebiosynteseveje, der direkte eller indirekte regulerer v\u00e6ksten og metabolitsyntesen i gojib\u00e6r-callusv\u00e6v.<\/p>\n<p>Blandt de 55 p\u00e5viste differentierede metabolitter er betain og organiske syrer blevet grundigt unders\u00f8gt, mens sekund\u00e6re metabolitter som berberin sj\u00e6ldent er blevet unders\u00f8gt. Epiberberin har en god effekt p\u00e5 reduktion af lipidakkumulering og er meget gavnlig for menneskers sundhed. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt kan man ved at kontrollere de ydre betingelser for m\u00e5lrettet induktion af metabolitter i callusv\u00e6v berige specifikke metabolitter og opn\u00e5 sikre og p\u00e5lidelige planteafledte naturlige aktive stoffer ved hj\u00e6lp af separations- og oprensningsmetoder. Khanam et al. \u00f8gede udbyttet af pebermynteolie ved at tils\u00e6tte plantev\u00e6kstregulatorer med forskellige kemiske strukturer, hvilket viser, at det er muligt at regulere sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i planter.
