Unders\u00f8gelse af de kemiske komponenter i dichlormethan i stinkende gr\u00e6s
\nYuncao er hele planten af Ruta graveolens L. i Rutaceae-familien, en fler\u00e5rig urteagtig plante med en st\u00e6rk lugt. Den er ogs\u00e5 kendt som stinkende malurt (Guangxi Herbal Medicine), lille urt (Guangxi Plant List) og kattemynte syv (Guangxi Herbal Medicine). Hele planten plukkes om sommeren, t\u00f8rres i skyggen og kan bruges som medicin, mens grene og blade kan koges og spises (\"Compendium of Materia Medica\"). Kold i naturen, bitter og skarp i smagen, med funktioner som at fordrive vind, reducere feber, diurese, fremme blodcirkulationen, afgiftning og reducere h\u00e6velse. Bruges mod fork\u00f8lelse, feber, gigt, knoglesmerter, vindchok i barndommen, vandladningsbesv\u00e6r, diarr\u00e9, brok, traumatisk skade, varmetoksiske s\u00e5r, eksem osv. Forskning har vist, at stinkgr\u00e6s er rig p\u00e5 coumariner, alkaloider, flavonoider, lignin og polyfenoler. Eksisterende aktivitetsstudier har vist, at stinkgr\u00e6s har antispasmodiske, antitumor-, antibakterielle og fertilitetsh\u00e6mmende aktiviteter. Baseret p\u00e5 unders\u00f8gelsen af de antivirale virkninger af varmerensende og afgiftende planter blev det konstateret, at 95% ethanolekstraktet af stinkgr\u00e6s har betydelig in vitro-h\u00e6mmende aktivitet mod EB-virus-DNA-fragmentering og -replikation. For at s\u00f8ge efter aktive ingredienser mod EB-virus brugte vi derfor en aktivitetsorienteret separationsmetode og fandt ud af, at den aktive ingrediens findes i dichlormetanekstraktionsstedet. Vi gennemf\u00f8rte en systematisk unders\u00f8gelse af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af denne komponent. For at afklare det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for stinkende gr\u00e6s mod EBV og give teoretisk grundlag for yderligere udvikling og udnyttelse af dets medicinske v\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n

\nStinkende gr\u00e6s er en fler\u00e5rig urteagtig plante med en s\u00e6rlig aroma, der bruges til medicinske form\u00e5l. Den stammer fra Middelhavskysten og er plantet i b\u00e5de det nordlige og sydlige Kina, for det meste i potteplanter. I dette fors\u00f8g blev der brugt moderne kromatografiske teknikker til at unders\u00f8ge den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af dichlormethanekstraktet af 95% stinkgr\u00e6s. Tredive forbindelser blev isoleret fra det, herunder forbindelserne 1-13, som er acridonalkaloider, forbindelserne 24 og 25, som er quinolonalkaloider, forbindelserne 14-23, som er coumariner, og andre forbindelser som aromatiske alkoholer, ketoner, flavonoidglykosider og diphenylpropanoidglykosider. Forbindelserne 2, 7, 9, 12, 20, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 og 30 blev isoleret fra denne plante for f\u00f8rste gang. De opn\u00e5ede forbindelser blev screenet for deres h\u00e6mmende aktivitet p\u00e5 EBV-lysis og -replikation samt deres cytotoksiske aktivitet. Ud fra resultaterne viste seks forbindelser, herunder 5, 14, 20, 24, 25 og 27, signifikant h\u00e6mning af EBV-lysis og replikationsaktivitet. Blandt dem udviste forbindelserne 5 og 24 h\u00f8jere EBV-inhiberingsaktivitet end den positive kontrol, dextrorutin. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der relativt f\u00e5 rapporter om de antivirale aktive ingredienser i stinkgr\u00e6s, hovedsageligt med fokus p\u00e5 influenzavirus og herpesvirus. For yderligere at unders\u00f8ge det materielle grundlag for antiviral aktivitet vil vi forts\u00e6tte med at unders\u00f8ge den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning med fokus p\u00e5 alkaloider for at opn\u00e5 forbindelser med god h\u00e6mmende aktivitet p\u00e5 EBV-spaltning og -replikation. Denne unders\u00f8gelse beriger oplysningerne om stinkgr\u00e6ssets kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og giver et materielt grundlag og et videnskabeligt grundlag for yderligere udvikling af stinkgr\u00e6ssets medicinske v\u00e6rdi. Forbindelserne 5 og 24, som har h\u00e6mmende EBV-aktivitet, giver aktive skeletter til udvikling af l\u00e6gemidler mod nasopharyngeal carcinom.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
