Oliethe indeholder en stor m\u00e6ngde aktive stoffer som f.eks. polyfenoler, squalen, flavonoider og sporstoffer. Anvendelsen af \u03b2-cyclodextrin kan forbedre ekstraktionshastigheden af polyfenoler. De optimale procesbetingelser for den assisterede ekstraktion af polyfenoler fra Camellia oleifera ved hj\u00e6lp af \u03b2-cyclodextrin er: et fast-v\u00e6ske-forhold p\u00e5 1:30, ethanolkoncentration p\u00e5 60%, ultralydstid p\u00e5 60 minutter og \u03b2-cyclodextrin tils\u00e6tning af 0,80 g. Under disse forhold er ekstraktionshastigheden for polyfenoler 22,92%. Dette forskningsresultat kan give et teoretisk grundlag og en reference for assisteret ekstraktion af polyfenoler fra Camellia oleifera ved hj\u00e6lp af \u03b2-cyclodextrin. Denne unders\u00f8gelse indikerer, at polyfenolekstrakter kan h\u00e6mme v\u00e6kst og sporedannelse og spiring af almindelige plantepatogene svampe, \u00e6ndre hyfemorfologi og kolonifarve og \u00e6ndre permeabiliteten af patogene svampecellemembraner.
