De er med i 2020-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 og produceres hovedsageligt i Sichuan, Hunan, Guangdong, Yunnan og andre regioner i Kina. Qi er mild, smagen er skarp og flad, og den virker blodk\u00f8lende, afgiftende, reducerer h\u00e6velser og lindrer smerter. Flavonoider kan v\u00e6re et af de farmakologiske stoffer i hibiscusblade. Men kemiske in vitro-metoder kan ikke n\u00f8jagtigt afspejle de aktive stoffers sande rolle i organismer. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev der for f\u00f8rste gang brugt UPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS-teknologi til omfattende kvalitativ analyse af de komplekse komponenter i de effektive dele af ethylacetat i hibiscusblade. 28 kemiske komponenter blev identificeret, herunder 10 flavonoider, hovedsageligt rutin, naringin, isoquercitrin osv. Der er 9 organiske syrekomponenter, hovedsageligt inklusive ferulinsyre, koffeinsyre, salicylsyre osv. Der er ogs\u00e5 coumariner, phenoler, nukleosider, 2 hver, og 3 andre komponenter, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med rapporter om, at hibiscusblade er rige p\u00e5 flavonoider og phenolsyrer. Flavonoider indeholder fenoliske brintmolekyler, der kan fungere som brintdonorer, hvilket g\u00f8r dem til st\u00e6rke antioxidanter med fremragende antiinflammatorisk aktivitet. Rutin kan \u00f8ge aktiviteten af katalase (CAT) og superoxiddismutase (SOD) i modeller for Parkinsons sygdom (PD); s\u00f8lvlind kan h\u00e6mme produktionen af prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) og aktiveringen af NF-\u03ba B- og MAPK-signalveje; Quercetin kan h\u00e6mme ROS-medieret leverkr\u00e6ft ved at opregulere enzymer som SOD og CAT samt ikke-enzymatiske antioxidantforsvarssystemer som glutathion (GSH); Isoquercetin kan \u00f8ge SOD og reducere MDA-niveauer, h\u00e6mme MEK\/ERK-signalvejen og undertrykke oxidativ stressrespons. Bortset fra azelainsyre er alle organiske syrekomponenter fenoliske syrer. Talrige unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at fenoliske syrer har st\u00e6rke reducerende egenskaber p\u00e5 grund af de polyfenoliske hydroxylgrupper i deres molekyl\u00e6re struktur, hvilket g\u00f8r dem til en typisk klasse af forbindelser med frie radikaler. For eksempel kan ferulinsyre forbedre antioxidantkapaciteten i museserum og forbedre de negative virkninger af antibiotika p\u00e5 tarmens stofskifte og inflammatoriske respons hos mus; salicylsyre kan fremkalde forbedring af antioxidant enzymaktivitet og lindre den biologiske oxidation af reaktive oxygenarter. Denne unders\u00f8gelse viste, at disse to typer komponenter er de vigtigste kemiske komponenter i ethylacetatdelen af hibiscusblade, hvilket yderligere afsl\u00f8rer, at det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for hibiscusblade til antioxidant og antiinflammatoriske virkninger hovedsageligt best\u00e5r af flavonoider og organiske syrer. Samtidig opdagede unders\u00f8gelsen ogs\u00e5 en ny flavonoidkomponent i bladene fra Hibiscus syringae, som ikke er blevet rapporteret, nemlig trifoliatglucosid, to nye phenolkomponenter er 4-nitrophenol og 4-nitrocatechol, en ny nukleosidkomponent er adenin, og to nye aldehydkomponenter er 2,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyd og vanillin, hvilket beriger biblioteket over den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Hibiscus syringae-bladene.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenfattende kan ethylacetatekstraktet fra bladene af Hibiscus syringae i h\u00f8j grad lindre cellul\u00e6r oxidativ skade, modst\u00e5 oxidativ stressrespons og h\u00e6mme udtrykket af inflammatoriske faktorer.
