Makino, en plante i Solanaceae-familien. Den har en sur og bitter smag, er kold af natur og h\u00f8rer til lunge- og miltmeridianerne. Den har en varmeudrensende og afgiftende virkning, fremmer halsen og opl\u00f8ser slim, udrenser vand og renser lymfesystemet. Den bruges klinisk til behandling af ondt i halsen, hoste p\u00e5 grund af lungevarme og urininkontinens. Den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Jinlongdeng er mangfoldig og omfatter hovedsageligt forbindelser som bitterstoffer, flavonoider, saccharoseestere, phenylpropanoider, alkaloider osv. Moderne farmakologiske unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at alkoholekstraktet og dichlormethanekstraktet af Jinlongdeng har god h\u00e6mmende aktivitet over for grampositive bakterier, gramnegative bakterier og Candida albicans. Nogle komponenter i sur bitter har ogs\u00e5 vist sig at have betydelige antibakterielle virkninger. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der mange unders\u00f8gelser af den antibakterielle aktivitet af Jinlongdeng b\u00e5de nationalt og internationalt, men det materielle grundlag er endnu ikke helt klart.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionel kinesisk medicin har selv komplekse og forskelligartede ingredienser og har karakter af multi-m\u00e5l og overordnet regulering, n\u00e5r den ud\u00f8ver sine terapeutiske virkninger. Forholdet mellem traditionel kinesisk medicins spektrum og effektivitet er baseret p\u00e5 unders\u00f8gelsen af traditionel kinesisk medicins fingeraftryksspektrum, sammenk\u00e6dning af fingeraftryksspektrum med farmakologiske virkninger, forskning i forholdet mellem spektrum og effektivitet og yderligere afklaring af det materielle grundlag for at ud\u00f8ve farmakologiske virkninger. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der relativt lidt forskning i Jinlongdengs fingeraftryksspektrum og spektrale effektivitetsforhold. Derfor sigter denne unders\u00f8gelse mod at udforske det materielle grundlag for Jinlongdengs antibakterielle aktivitet ud fra dets spektrumeffektforhold. For f\u00f8rste gang blev fingeraftryksspektre kombineret med farmakologiske resultater, og gr\u00e5 korrelationsanalyse blev brugt til at unders\u00f8ge det spektrale effektivitetsforhold for Jin Deng-lanternen. Resultaterne viste, at den antibakterielle aktivitet af Jinlongdeng kan v\u00e6re resultatet af den kombinerede virkning af flere komponenter. Blandt dem er de karakteristiske toppe, der bidrager v\u00e6sentligt til den antibakterielle aktivitet (korrelation \u2265 0,85), alle sammensat af saccharosefedtsyreestere, hvilket indikerer, at disse komponenter har et v\u00e6sentligt bidrag til den antibakterielle aktivitet af Jinlongdeng.<\/p>\n<p>Tidligere fokuserede forskernes forskning i Jinlongdeng hovedsageligt p\u00e5 den komplekse kemiske struktur og betydelige biologiske aktivitet af sure, bitre forbindelser, mens de fors\u00f8mte studiet af saccharosefedtsyreestere. De strukturelle egenskaber ved saccharosefedtsyreesterkomponenter er, at saccharose fungerer som moderkerne og er knyttet til et eller flere fedtsyrek\u00e6defragmenter gennem esterbindinger. Moderne farmakologisk forskning har vist, at denne type forbindelser har betydelige antibakterielle, antiinflammatoriske, hypoglyk\u00e6miske, antitumor-, insektdr\u00e6bende og andre aktiviteter. Samtidig har saccharosefedtsyreestere god bionedbrydelighed og toksikologiske egenskaber, s\u00e5 deres anvendelsesmuligheder er brede og fortjener vores opm\u00e6rksomhed.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenfattende har denne unders\u00f8gelse med succes etableret fingeraftryksspektret for ekstraktet af Lonicera japonica og unders\u00f8gt dets spektrale effektforhold for f\u00f8rste gang. Resultaterne viste, at sucrose-fedtsyreesterkomponenterne var st\u00e6rkt korreleret med den antibakterielle aktivitet af Lonicera japonica. P\u00e5 grund af dens unikke struktur var det dog ikke muligt at foretage en dybdeg\u00e5ende analyse af dens struktur ved hj\u00e6lp af massespektrometri i dette eksperiment. I fremtiden vil denne type komponent i Jin Deng blive isoleret og oprenset for at verificere dens antibakterielle aktivitet.
