De bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning i f\u00f8devarer, medicin, foder, kosmetik og andre omr\u00e5der. Blandt de mange marine mikroalgearter har Isochrysis fordelene ved hurtig v\u00e6kst, h\u00f8j fotosyntetisk effektivitet, st\u00e6rk synteseevne af fucoxanthin og flerum\u00e6ttede fedtsyrer (PUFA'er, s\u00e5som octadecatetraensyre og docosahexaensyre) og ingen cellev\u00e6gsstruktur. Den har tiltrukket sig opm\u00e6rksomhed fra forskere og mikroalgeentrepren\u00f8rer og er blevet anvendt i udviklingen af funktionelle f\u00f8devarer som pasta, kiks og yoghurt. Der er forskningsrapporter om, at fucoxanthin har vist sig at have forskellige farmakologiske virkninger s\u00e5som antiinflammatorisk, anti-fedme, anti-cancer, antibakteriel, neurobeskyttende, fremme af aksonal v\u00e6kst, forbedre stofskiftet og behandle luftvejssygdomme; flerum\u00e6ttede fedtsyrer kan ogs\u00e5 forbedre diabetes og osteoporose; ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider kan fremme stofskiftet og forbedre kroppens immunitet. Derfor er det af stor betydning at udvikle fucoxanthin og flerum\u00e6ttede fedtsyrer til brug i f\u00f8devarer ved hj\u00e6lp af den samme piskeguldalge.<br \/>\nLyskvaliteten er en af de vigtige faktorer, der p\u00e5virker v\u00e6ksten og produktsyntesen i fotosyntetiske autotrofe mikroalgeceller. Forskellige lyskvaliteter har forskellige egenskaber som f.eks. fotonfluxt\u00e6thed og spektral b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde, som p\u00e5virker den fotosyntetiske effektivitet og kulstofbindingen i fotosyntetiske autotrofe mikroalgeceller og udviser forskelle i cellev\u00e6kst og produktsyntese. Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at der er betydelige forskelle i udv\u00e6lgelsen af lyskvalitet blandt forskellige kilder til dinoflagellater. Che et al. fandt for eksempel, at det h\u00f8jeste olieindhold (62,5%) kan opn\u00e5s ved f\u00f8rst at dyrke dinoflagellaten med blandet lys (bl\u00e5t og r\u00f8dt lys) fra Korean Marine Microalgae Culture Center, efterfulgt af dyrkning med gr\u00f8nt lys. Bu et al. fandt, at Isochrysis zhanjiangensis udviste den h\u00f8jeste v\u00e6kstrate under r\u00f8de lysforhold i Zhanjiang; Mikroalgeceller, der dyrkes med gr\u00f8nt lys, har dog det h\u00f8jeste klorofylindhold. Det er v\u00e6rd at bem\u00e6rke, at forskere i forskningen i effekten af lyskvalitet p\u00e5 syntesen af bioaktive produkter af dinoflagellater kun fokuserer p\u00e5 indflydelsen af lyskvalitet p\u00e5 syntesen af et bestemt aktivt produkt i dinoflagellatceller. Men som tidligere n\u00e6vnt syntetiserer Chlamydomonas reinhardtii fucoxanthin og flerum\u00e6ttede fedtsyreaktive stoffer. Baseret p\u00e5 dette er det n\u00f8dvendigt at screene en passende lyskvalitet gennem forskningsarbejde for at opn\u00e5 en balance mellem den synergistiske syntese af fucoxanthin og flerum\u00e6ttede fedtsyrer i isoflagellater for at maksimere algecellernes syntese af deres aktive stoffer.<br \/>\nTidligere forskning fra vores forskningsgruppe har vist, at b\u00e6redygtig regenerering af olie og fucoxanthin kan opn\u00e5s ved at bruge en semikontinuerlig dyrkningsmetode (suppleret med kv\u00e6lstof og fosforsyre under dyrkningsprocessen) til at dyrke Isochrysis sp. ISO-FJ i en fotoreaktor af s\u00f8jletypen i pilotskala (50L). Derfor valgte denne unders\u00f8gelse Isochrysis sp. Fors\u00f8gsresultaterne viste, at forskellige lyskvaliteter ville p\u00e5virke v\u00e6ksten og den synergistiske syntese af bioaktive produkter fra isoflagellater betydeligt. Med hensyn til mikroalgernes cellev\u00e6kst er brugen af hvidt lys til dyrkning af dinoflagellater sammenlignet med de r\u00f8de og gr\u00f8nne lysgrupper mere befordrende for v\u00e6ksten af algeceller og optagelsen af nitratkv\u00e6lstof. Med hensyn til syntese af bioaktive stoffer kan algecellerne blandt de tre udvalgte lyskvaliteter syntetisere de st\u00f8rste m\u00e6ngder fucoxanthin, ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider og PUFA'er under gr\u00f8nne lysforhold. Ud fra dette kan man se, at hvidt lys kan fremme v\u00e6ksten af dinoflagellater, mens gr\u00f8nt lys er mere befordrende for ophobningen af bioaktive stoffer.
